Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please all trash to the trash chute
Make sure to leave all resort bracelets on the center kitchen island. There will be a $35 replacement fee for each bracelet not returned.
Please report and maintenance or issues that need attention. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must check into the lobby at time of arrival to purchase resort items 10am-10pm. This is a separate fee to the resort of $103.66.
Please do not leave slider doors open while the AC is on or the system could freeze up or auto shut off.
Please treat the sofa bed with care and do not let kids jump up and down for it will bend the supports. Guests will be responsible for repairs.

Why they chose this property

My parents and I bought in Laketown Wharf because we love the ''family feel" of the resort. It was just a trailer in a parking lot we when fell in LOVE with what could be and what it is now! We could have bought in any condo resort and chose Laketown Wharf because of the incredible vision of a town in its own resort and easy access to the beach. We love the Gulf but also like having the green space that Laketown provides. The idea of having a grassy area for kids to play around was ideal and for safety reasons.

Amenities!! 5 swimming pools (1 heated 86^). 2 HUGE hot tubs!! ! that is unheard of!! fitness room with Gulf Views a MUST!! RESORT boardwalk 25,000 sq ft. with animal art and Private lake with water light show...how unique!! You can sit for hours and watch the lake out the back or the ocean out the front. YUMMY Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Tourist shops, and a salon on site makes this place super special! Come visit once and you will be back time and time again! There will be a separate resort fee upon arrival of ($70). RESORT SPECIAL FOR JAN, FEB 2023 HALF OFF ($35).
