Wow! Gulf View- Close to beach- We offer a 2bdrm + Bunk room/2 bath Condo at Laketown Wharf with resort amenities including a pool that is seasonally heated with year round hot tub; a partially shaded pool; island pool on the lake, a 10th floor rooftop pool with amazing views plus hot tub; and a kiddie pool. We also have a lakeside boardwalk for outdoor seating or dining. There is a gulf facing 2 story workout facility available to our guests as well.
**"In season" Coffee Shop, restaurants and Ice cream shop are all open & located right on property, easy to find something for everyone.
7 elevators total on the property.
You'll be a 2 minute walk from one of the truly exceptional beaches in the country. White, powdery soft sand and the stunning emerald water make Panama City Beach a wonderful place to relax and make memories!
**This condo accommodates up to 6 adults in the bedrooms & on the sectional sofa + 2 kids or small adults in the bunk beds. 3rd bedroom is the bunkroom with a twin over twin bunk set and has a sliding barn door for privacy plus lake view window.

The room is more beautiful than the pictures show with a fantastic view of the ocean off the balcony and the large pond behind the property just out the front door for viewing the fountain/light show each night. The resort had everything one needs and more. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and the host responded immediately each time. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location a very short walk to beach was super convenient with young children also. Our family highly recommends !!!!

Loved the property! Private access to a beautiful beach was a bonus. Close to all the food & drink you could want. Pineapple Willy’s and Salty Goat Saloon were our favs. Within minutes of shopping at Pier Park & exploring St. Andrews State Park. Mike was a great host and responded to questions immediately. Our family of 6 had the best time! The space is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Kitchen has all we needed to make meals when we didn't want to go out. Great accommodations of beach wagon, games, etc The beach is really just minutes away and it's beautiful! Lots to do in the immediate area as well for food, shopping, or entertainment. Communication with the host was fantastic! Quick responses to questions and clear directions for easy check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend and plan to go back!

Fantastic Stay at PCB

The property was perfectly setup for our stay. The amenities inside the unit were great and met all our needs! The property has everything in close proximity: pools, beach, restaurants, and Walmart for groceries. Mike was a great host and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. What an amazing olace with 3 bedrooms and everything setup perfectly. There isnt anything you would miss staying here and our best part was even the master bedroom has an amazing view along with living room

Great stay

Overall a good location with easy access to the beach. The only negative was the elevators. They were slow. I ended up taking the stairs alot because of the speed of the elevators.

The room was nice and clean with everything you would need. The Walmart right across the street was a plus also if we needed anything.The view of the ocean was as good as it gets to not be right on the beach and communication with condo owner was great. We would definitely again.

We loved our condo. It was very clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The view was beautiful and the host was very helpful. The check-in person downstairs was very rude but other staff was friendly.

We are a North Dakota couple who chose to purchase a place on one of the most amazing beaches we've seen. Plus we fell in love with the emerald waters of the Gulf. Mike is the person you will interact with most and he handles most of the communication.

Our Space
Southern Lights is a comfortable 12th-floor condo that we proudly care for as hands-on owners. It offers one of the largest layouts near the beach, providing excellent, practical value for families or small groups:

Two King Suites: Located on opposite ends for maximum privacy. The primary suite has clear ocean views, an en-suite bath, and direct balcony access. The second King room has lake views and a shared bathroom.

Private Bunk Room: Twin bunk bed behind a solid wood barn door for true privacy (best for kids/teens).

Living Room: Sectional sofa includes a Queen sleeper bed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests total. Linens are in the primary closet.

Resort Fun & Dining
Relax on the massive private balcony and enjoy the lower-level resort perks:

On-Site Dining: Local spots like Juan Taco (our personal favorite!), Bun Lab Burgers, "In Cahoots" Breakfast, an ice cream shop, ice vending, and the Wharf restaurant. The new 810 Family Entertainment Center offers bowling, arcades, pool tables, and axe throwing.

Walkable Location: Walk to Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley’s, WonderWorks, and Parlor Doughnuts (5 mins away). Walmart is directly across the street for easy grocery trips.

Kitchen, Beach Gear & Access
Save on dining with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). We also supply basic beach gear—a wagon, chairs, sunshade, cooler, and crab nets—to save you rental fees. Guests enjoy full access to 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, and private beach access via a secure gate and boardwalk right next to Pineapple Willy's. (Note: There are about 5 steps down to the sand).

What makes this property unique

Full Kitchen, large fridge with icemaker, brita water pitcher, coffee maker and room to spread out are the things people say are their favorites about our condo. PLUS the VIEW! Laketown Wharf has some of the largest properties among those closest to the beach. Groups can have privacy with our 2 seperate King bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo. Bunk room has a real wood barn door, (not just a curtain) & storage area to give that space it's own feel. This condo accommodates **maximum**8 people. We have 5 beds-(total) -A king size bed in each of the bedrooms and a twin over twin bunk- bed. The BUNK room that has a "barn door" for privacy. The sectional sofa has a Queen pullout that will accommodate 2 more people in the living room- We provide sheets and pillows for that space, ***they are located in the primary bedroom closet, ***. There are 2 complete bathrooms with each having its own shower & bathtub. Past guests all comment on how much room there is for the whole family.
