About the Space: This home offers the perfect mountain getaway for your stay in Mammoth. There are amazing views of Mammoth Mountain from the large south-facing deck, bringing plenty of sunshine, warmth, and a serene environment. The elevator makes for convenient access to the property, taking you directly from the garage to level 3, where your condo awaits! The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This property is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has new couches with a queen-sized pull-out sofa, a flatscreen TV, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Both bedrooms are ensuite with dressers/closet space for clothing storage – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed with a tub/shower.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the covered patio.
This home is perfect for your vacation, given the close proximity to the ski-lifts/bike park, underground garage and elevators!
Guest Access: You will have the entire condo to yourself.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at 1849. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and a community recreation room with games.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are two garages (one has a height limit of 6'6" and the other 6'10”) and overflow parking nearby (for larger vehicles that do not fit in the garages). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.

SO close to Canyon Lodge. 5 minute walk, tops. Great cozy place to stay for a ski week or weekend. Great view of the mountain from sitting comfortably from the living room couch. Parking was very hastle free and look forward to returning very soon. Turn and burn. ;) Cheers.
The location is excellent. The condo was well appointed,, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and plenty of firewood, pillows, blankets, towels - just great!!
Great location, perfect for the 3 of us adults. Some little quirky things, like the master bath, interesting huge step up to shower toilet area. Other than that we had a great time, great view from the patio! Very nice complex. Would definitely stay again

Worst off was the water. It tasted incredibly bad with all kinds of cleaners in it. Bring your own water.
Still wondering who the actual owner is. Thought these types of rentals had human contact with owner and guest. Never happened. Moving on.

Dear guest, all of our properties are self-check-in; sorry if you were expecting an in-person meet-up to let you into the property. We are available in person (24/7) for in-house and emergency responses. Our contact information is provided via email in check-in instructions and inside the property if ever a need arises for a guest to reach out. We strive to make every guest experience a positive one.
The unit is comfortable with an excellent master bedroom bed but otherwise is outdated and very short on furniture. The dining room table is basically a wood picnic table with bench seats and not comfortable. The electronics in the bathroom did not function, half the toaster ports did not heat-up. The WIFI went out, which created a major difficulty for my wife needing to work online. The lighting in the kitchen was terrible, and barely adequate in the rest of the unit, even after replacing a few burned-out bulbs (all Mammoth rentals are famous for their 25 watt bulbs). Excellent lighting over the master bed. The location is excellent to get to warming hut 2/Canyon Lodge. Underground parking was excellent. The elevator and luggage carts really helped with move in and move out. The mountain views are lovely, though best seen only when sitting on the couch.
The property manager, Alex, was excellent. He responded to all inquiries immediately, repairing non-functional items, went out of his way to find us an Internet connection, and seemed generally interested in us having an enjoyable experience.
Unless significant improvements are made, I would not stay here again.

The Toaster was replaced during your stay. The electronics in the master were all repaired during your stay as well. We are replacing all of the lighting with LED in the kitchen area. The condo is south facing and gets so much sunlight during the day! The wifi unexpectedly went out due to a larger outage with the cable company (completely out of anyones control) since then wifi has been restored!
Condo was clean and had all you needed for your stay. I would suggest looking into better mattresses. Other than that good place to stay. Quiet and clean close to The Village.
Amazing two bedroom if you're here for a real ski or boarding trip. Two minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Great for two couples. Perfect ski/board crash pad with nice outdoor hot tubs also!
Lots of things good. Comfy couch, fireplace pits out lots of heat. . But a lot of needs work. Fan and heated floor in master don’t work. Leaking fixtures. Lights are tired and need to be updated.

The heated floor's have been repaired, I wish you would have told me while you were in-house as we have electricians on hand for these kind of things! The lights are all being updated to LED’s and the leaking fixtures have been replaced!
