Newly furnished third floor walk-up apartment with beautiful views of the mountains where Monticello and Carters Mountain reside. It is in an ideal location on the fringe of Belmont neighborhood -- minutes drive to bars and restaurants on the downtown mall (25 min walk) and downtown Belmont (15 minute walk) along with quick access to highway 64 just down the road. All basic amenities are included along with a parking pass and plenty of off-street parking. Great for weekend getaway or home base while in Cville. This top level 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch, can sleep 6 people and is perfect for a small family or friend group looking to explore all Charlottesville has to offer! Please note this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator access - 3 flights of stairs required to access.

Up to 1 dog is allowed for a $75 pet fee per dog. Prior approval is required from Guesthouses. Please note that a booking and confirmation agreement will also be sent via text to review and sign upon booking.
