Comfy bed, new kitchen, nice living room and bath. Happy we were able to bring our mini schnauzer. Used as home base for weekend football game. Both our boys are UVA students.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We were visiting Charlottesville and the surrounding mountains with our toddler and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were able to bring our bikes to get around town - downtown was a 6 minute bike ride away! - and store the bikes safely in the downstairs garage. We would stay again when back in town.

This rental was reasonably priced and well located in the city. It is in a quiet area of town and has everything you need! The host was super helpful with any questions we had. We loved visiting the wineries in the area. Our favorite wineries were Hazy Vineyards and King Vineyards, but honestly all of them were wonderful!

Beautiful property, as described and photographed. Comfortable bed and pull out couch, clean bathroom and kitchen. Loved the outdoor space that felt very secluded and woodsy. The only issue I found was too many large black ants had found their way into the house…not sure if it’s a June seasonal thing or what, but it seemed excessive.
