There is also a coffee bar station on the second floor with a charming balcony perfect for morning coffee. East 204 sleeps eight guests and has one designated parking space. We were in town for a wedding - although the wedding was on a golf course in Mt Pleasant we wanted to stay in town so that it would be walking distance and everyone could do what they wanted we’re not doing the wedding thing. This place was perfect. You can walk to big bad breakfast. You could walk to the pastry shop down the road in the morning you could walk to King Street one block over it was perfect. The four bedrooms really give you a lot of room and you get your own parking spot it’s perfect.

The house was prefect for 7 adults. The seating area was snug but we made it work. The eating nook was great. There were shops and restaurants near by and Ubering around Charleston is easy. Would definitely recommend this house.

The house is charming and in a great location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that are easy to get to.The beds in the rooms are very comfortable and clean.The kitchen is set up well with everything you need if you want to make meals on your own.On the down side, the living room sofa, loveseat and rug are quite dirty and worn. If noise is a concern from you, this is not a good location. It is quite noisy at night and now there is a major construction project just outside the window as of Nov, 2025.

Perfect Girl's Getaway!

With four bedrooms and full kitchen this was the perfect spot for our group of 4. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants on King Street. Super easy check in/check out and great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
