New A/C in 1bd condo featuring tropical views

Papakea E209 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the second floor with a newly installed split air conditioning system. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with the addition of a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The condo offers dining for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with custom-made maple cabinets, recessed lighting, full-size appliances, tiled flooring throughout, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and large mirrored closet doors. The bathroom is beautifully updated with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, detailed with tile and stone. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Great resort location, offering stunning ocean views with Molokai in the distance! This condo overlooks the resort and pool from the desired second floor of the E building. Enjoy watching the brilliant sunsets or morning coffee while whales breach during our winter months. Year-round, enjoy lively sea life, perfect for snorkeling or watching our sea turtles play!

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin April 28th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around May 27th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Perfect stay at Papakea Resort in Maui

I booked a condo at Papakea Resort through My Perfect Stays and they were very communicative prior to my stay and during my stay. The condo was as described: clean, well stocked, and it was nice to have two beach chairs to use during our stay! They also provided assistance for booking excursions, etc.

We were so impressed with the Papakea Resort! This was our first time staying in the Lahaina area, as we usually stay in Kehei, and we were very impressed. A lot of people we talked to (in hot tub, pool or by the BBQ's) have been coming to Papakea for years and now we know why.

This property is amazing!

The unit, the amenities, service, location and everything else about this place is terrific! The unit had everything we could possibly need and everything is so close by. The pool and hot tubs are perfect and the sunsets here are amazing. Downtown Lahaina, whalers village, Leoda’s (must have pies!) are all a short drive. this the ideal location!

Fantastic Views

We loved our stay! This condo has the best views of the ocean, pool and putting green. We were able to let our kids play outside and we could watch them from our lanai. It was a great place to sip morning coffee and sit and relax in the afternoon. You can swim in the ocean when it's low tide and it's a great swim spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The location is spectacular, close to all the things we need and like. Papakea Resort is very well maintained with plenty of parking. This is the second time we stayed at this resort and it is still as amazing as the last time and plan on coming here again. This particular unit was in one word. Adequate. It is a bit dated and we did not find any of the furniture particularly comfortable. The bed needs upgraded or replaced. But again the location and property can not be beat. We have been to Maui now 6 times and this is by far our favorite location.

We love the Papakea Resort!

We were very happy with our stay in E209! The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch, which you can’t usually find. The air conditioner worked well to reach even the back room to cool off for the evening. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the snorkel gear and chairs. We hoped there might be boogie birds and an umbrella for the kids, but we we’re able to rent some at The Snorkel Store. Kids loved taking the putters and golf balls down to putt. For the evenings when we were all wiped out, the smart TV was nice to have to sign into our Disney+ account. The only negative is that we had to leave. We will definitely be looking to book E209 on our next visit to the Papakea. Mahalo!

We love Papakea and have stayed there for years. This was a last minute trip we booked. The condo was in a great location and we could see the ocean quite well from the front patio. The kitchen was well stocked and updated appliances. Our complaints was the old, uncomfortable mattress.This is more important as we get older and quite frankly may not allow us to book this unit again. The living room was adequate but not entirely comfortable with poor lighting. The TV was small and in an awkward place, not important to some but with hockey and other sports playoffs this was important to my husband. We will stay in Papakea for sure ,over the more expensive resorts on Kaanapali for all the many good reasons. If some changes are made in E209 we will book there again.

Weeks vacation

The property had a great ocean view, all the amenities you need to enjoy a nice getaway. It was fun getting to putt on the golf course and swimming in the pool and roomy hot tub.

Thanks so much for a great stay. Papakea was the perfect place for us, we loved the ocean view and having our own home-base there. The condo was very clean and in a great location (close to beaches, restaurants, shopping; but far from road to Hana). We'd come back!

Very nice place

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The room we were in was clean and well kept and had a very nice view of the ocean. It was stocked with nice things like beach chairs, cooler, etc that we did not expect. The grounds are beautiful and tidy. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing value!

I stayed at the property with my two middle-school children, in June 2021 for two weeks. We had a blast! The property has everything one might need for a good vacation, very cozy with lots of little touches that made a big difference. So convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is plenty of storage space. Great lighting. Super inviting balcony. Very quiet at night. Great location. So close to the beaches. Highly recommended!
