The place itself was not bad. Had a horrible alarm system that was not working. We were there for three days and for 2.5 it didn’t work and was beeping and crazy times and messed us up big time since we were traveling with little ones and nap time was interrupted by this crazy alarm. The commutation with the host was subpar to say the least. We were offered a refund for a day but at this point we feel it should have been two days with all the chaos. Add to that, we never for the wristbands for Watercolor until the second day in the afternoon after arguing with them on the phone for 45 minutes…… I really hate leaving bad reviews but not only this was crazy horrible customer service for all the money we paid for it but also they had all the excuses you can imagine as to why things were not working out. Just ridiculous. Again the location itself was ok. The service was horrible. I wish they had not ruined our time there the way they did. Doubt they ll give us the refund they promise at this point.
