You will find a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, breakfast bar, book nook and washer/dryer (no charge). There are 3 bedrooms upstairs complete with linens, one of which is a large master suite with private 1/2 bath. The property fits 6 guests comfortably also includes bath towels (6), beach towels (6), along with pool toys, beach chairs (2), boogie board (1) and beach umbrella for your use (1). This property rental includes the use of the community Marina and pier, a small beach area, tennis court, and a heated community pool located just across the parking lot. For an early morning stroll, there are walking paths through the beautiful neighborhood; which leads you to the Caloosahatchee River where you will find the marina/pier just a short 15 minutes away.

Owner won't fix dishwasher.

The dishwasher was broken, and the owner only said she was going to take care of it when she came down after I left. She said that is why she gave a discount on the price. But renting a place with no dishwasher for 10 days over the holidays is something I should have been able to make a choice on. I was spending the holiday with my son and planned on extensive cooking and baking and a broken dishwasher was unacceptable. And her discounted listing did not seem any different than other listings. Her final solution was that I shouldn't do the dishes and she'd do them when she came down! Really? I'm supposed to live with dishes piling up in the sink for 10 days? Lighting in the place was very substandard, with multiple fixtures not working or only partially working. If you want to cook, don't expect much beyond basics. Only spices were Salt, Pepper, Onion, Red Pepper Flakes, and Garlic.

Bad Start - Good End

Upon entering the townhouse it was obvious that the place had not been cleaned. After contacting the owner it was learned that the cleaning company had not shown. We took it upon ourselves to clean and on our last day the owner did refund some money for the inconvenience. The location was absolutely perfect and the neighbors were very nice and friendly. The vacation ended up being a great time.
