About this property

Rent large house located in the heart of the village of Cap Ferret. Very close to the center, it is possible to circulate only on foot or by bike during the stay and close to the ocean (and its surf schools), completely renovated in 2008 (excellent insulation) on a vast lot of 1100m ².

The house is composed of:
- 6 bedrooms all equipped with double beds except one with bunk beds that can accommodate 14 people.
- 2 living rooms, one with sofa bed.
- 2 kitchens including an open living room with fitted kitchen and dining room with 10 seats (TV, HiFi).
- 2 shower room + an outdoor shower.
- Outdoor barbecue

Washing machine, dryer, sheets, towels ... are at your disposal, as well as bicycles, surfboards and body-boards. So that you do not waste time in the hiring and that you can immediately and fully enjoy the charms of the peninsula.

The house is ideal for large families, weekends with friends or to rent with two families because the two levels are independent, both have a kitchen and a bathroom and have a private entrance.
