Such a beautiful place. One of my favorites in a long time. It’s kept up well. It felt so cozy & clean to come back to. Not one complaint about the house. It’s gorgeous inside. The only tiny thing that drove us a little nuts was the neighbor to the right seems to live on his porch. Every time we came out he did. We wanted to have some girl time and chat so we went back inside after the 5th encounter at all different times. Nothing 3 Leland Cypress trees wouldn’t fix. I would still recommend and go back too! Just beautiful!!
The lake house is gourgeous, great location and neighborhood. The house is lovely inside out . The lake view is lovely! There is restaurants close by and a grocery store (Publix) is a short drive from the house. The house has everything you need in it and the host were quick in communicating with us if needed.
The only thing we like to point out is that fridge inside and outside wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived. Also, we spent some time washing and wiping shelves countertops and putting away and organizing baking dishes in order to have some pantry space. In addition, as soon as we got to the house in our first day, there was a bad smell outside the house. We found that this was due to a dead animal inside of one of the
trashcan. Other than these, we enjoyed our stay.
It was such a great experience and we loved the stay, we will be bringing our kiddos back 😊
Overall, 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay at this property. Location was amazing and home was lovely.
We just had an “adult” weekend, we will be bringing our kiddos back for a full family vacation and this location is our first look for the next trip.
Absolutely loved our stay!! Enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit on our deck with a view of Lake Guntersville.
So convenient to everything too. Can’t wait to visit this place again!!
The lock on the door was trouble. We had to have assistance in getting the gas logs started. My Mother is elderly and i chose the location because of the walk in shower and there were no handles or pulls to hold onto for her. We were attending my niece’s wedding and I loved the porches. It was a peaceful lake cottage.
Great location. Great contact with property owner. We will come back.
Beautiful location across from the Lake. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The house is very well decorated and convenient to everything.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the interior of the home. The views were beautiful and the development amenities such as the pool and huge fire pit were awesome. The exterior needs a good pressure washing and some paint touch up but the area, location, cleanliness and comfort of the interior were exceptional. Would highly recommend.
Grandparents/daughter&husband/child and dog. Plenty of room! A bedroom with a queen downstairs for the grandparents. Love that the house is well located near the beautiful community pool, the big community fire pit, the lake and fishing directly across the road. A short drive to Lake Guntersville Lodge, a few minutes past the lodge is High Falls Park. A large grocery store is basically walking distance. This is our second stay in this great home and is the place we will always stay in Guntersville. Don’t hesitate, you will love it.

Quick Christmas getaway
Overall experience was good. My family and I have been traveling for the holidays every year now and we love it. The husband wanted to stay closer to home this year so I went looking. We immediately fell in love with the online pictures and the view. This is the first place we have stayed in a long time that we didn't have to go to the store for extra cook wear. From the linens to the covers to the pots and pans.. everything was stocked wonderfully. If I'm being honest I will say that the communication with the check in and checkout process could have been better. We had to stand in the rain for about 20 minutes to get the code to get in. Normally when we stay places all of that information is sent the day before, or the day of. Also, the driveway almost gave me a panic attack because of the way it's made. I'm glad we took the big truck and not my
small car because it would have definitely been a problem because the driveway is so steep.
All in all..... this is definitely a place we would revisit and I would definitely recommend others to stay there as well. Happy Holidays to all!
We had a great time. We did crack the toilet lid in the upstairs bathroom. Please let us know what that costs. We saw three huge wood roaches in the house. Also some light bulbs inside and outside are blown and the gas tank on the front deck appears to be empty. These are not complaints. We just wanted to let you know.
What a great place! Great view of the lake and awesome porches to enjoy it. Everything was brand new, clean and perfectly decorated and made us feel right at home. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the huge neighborhood fire pit! We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again. Thank you so much for welcoming us!
