Welcome to my Tropical Gem on Lake LBJ ! Ultra comfortable upscale lodging on Texas' favorite Lake LBJ.We are located in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country, Granite Shoals, 6 miles from beautiful Marble Falls. Please No Pets and No Smoking allowed(owner has severe allergies) Total 5 guests allowed in condo but only 4 adults Max. King Size Bed in bedroom, Queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size luxury air mattress.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the small white remote ( it’s for the fountain and lights outside on balcony) is on the coffee table across couch and everything is off. All light switches are in the off position.
Please hang up all dirty towels on the bathroom door hooks. Please remove all the used sheets/pillowcases and place in the laundry bag located in the bedroom. Do not remove the pillow shams .
Leave Thermostat set at : Summer-AUTO Cool 78 Winter-Auto Heat 66 Please leave the 5 blue wristbands in boat on coffee table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
