Wonderful location and sea view

It's like coming into your own home, everything you need is there. Just a few steps from the parking lot and you are in the house. The view of the sea is simply fantastic and in the bay you are a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice and all true

The apartment, location and view were very nice. The pictures show it all and what you see is what you get. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The only things to bare in mind is that the apartment is located on a hill/mountain so you may want to take into consideration that need to walk uphill and climb some stairs

Superbe logement sur les hauteurs de Rosas côté petite Canyelles. La vue est magnifique depuis les 2 terrasses. Le logement est suffisamment spacieux et bien agencé. Une centaine de marches à monter du parking au logement mais finalement une habitude qui se prend jour après jour. Seul petit bémol : l'accès à pied à la plage se fait après une 30aine de minutes de marche en descente à l'aller, en montée au retour par la route. Il est préférable d'y descendre en voiture mais il n'est pas facile de pouvoir se garer par la suite. Si l'objectif n'est pas d'aller à la plage de Canyelles chaque jour mais de visiter les environs, ce logement est à réserver les yeux fermés.

Reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Hervorragende Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere der kompletten Küchenzeile mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Zwei Balkone mit Bestuhlung und Sonnenliege sowie Wäscheständer. Einwandfreie Klimaanlage im Eingangsgeschoss (im Untergeschoss mit Schlafräumen keine Klimaanlage, was uns aber nicht gestört hat). Für die ungefähr 120 Treppenstufen wird man belohnt mit einem phänomenalen Ausblick.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick, ein Traum! Allerdings sind die vielen Treppen nicht zu unterschätzen, ebenso die steile Hanglage. Das WLAN hat leider nur zwei Tage funktioniert.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie genug Platz und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen! Die Wohnung ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet - es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christelle war auch super. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Prachtig uitzicht

Vooral het uitzicht vanop beide terrassen, heeft ons verrast. De accomodatie was eerder klein, maar meer dan ruim genoeg voor een koppel. Het gegeven dat de slaapkamer beneden lag, met aangrenzend groot terras, was wel leuk, en zorgde voor verkoeling. Enkel de vele trappen en de toch wat beperkte parkeerruimte was een minpunt. Ook het feit dat het zwembad pas opende vanaf 01/06 vond ik minder, maar daar werd blijkbaar overgekeken bij de boeking. Maar voor het overige, een aanrader (als je de 107 trappen wil overwinnen ...)

Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Fantastischer Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht. Schöner Strand direkt unten in Canyelles. Wanderungen sind direkt ab Haus möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Hoog en knus

Ons verblijf begon niet prettig want de airco was kapot. Dit is uiteindelijk goed en fatsoenlijk opgelost door de eigenaars. De VRBO daarentegen hoef je weinig van te verwachten in de bemiddeling, want ze waren niet vriendelijk en hebben ons zéker niet geholpen! Als je dus geen Engels spreekt, om met de eigenaars te praten, heb je een probleem. De VRBO heeft meerdere keren de verbinding verbroken. Ik heb het gelukkig zelf met eigenaars kunnen oplossen. Het huisje is erg knus maar je moet er wel een enorme trap voor op. Deze trap moet je op en af voor alles (het zwembad ligt zelfs nog lager dan de weg). Dit huisje is dan ook niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of juist met kleine kinderen, want alles moet naar boven en naar beneden. De info op de site klopt niet helemaal. Het zwembad moet je delen met het hele complex. Is prima te doen, maar hadden we niet zo begrepen, omdat er staat dat je een half woonhuis deelt. Het is een heel complex met allemaal losse huisjes. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, maar dat betekent ook dat je nergens heen kunt zonder auto. Parkeren in Roses is lastig. We hebben een prima tijd gehad met zeer betrokken eigenaars, maar met foute en niet complete info op de site.site.gehad,Overauithuisjes.allHet De info op de site is drin erg summier

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Haken

+ Traumhafte Aussicht mit tollem, uneinsichtigen Balkon + Neuwertiges Ferienhaus + Tolle ruhige Gegend auf dem Berg + Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden + Saubere und bequeme Betten & Bettwäsche + In jedem Zimmer Heizkörper (für den Winter hervorragend) +/- Sehr viele Stufen zu erklimmen mit Gepäck sehr anstrengend, jedoch lohnt es sich für diese wunderschöne Aussicht. Trotz der vielen Pluspunkte, sind wir 2 Tage früher abgereist, aufgrund von folgenden Makeln, die uns erheblich gestört haben: - Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr dreckig (Böden und Esstisch voller Krümel und Staub, Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe sehr dreckig, insgesamt das komplette Haus sehr eingestaubt - hier hat keine Reinigung stattgefunden - Im Badezimmer waren bei Ankunft Schnecken in der Dusche, die durch das Abflussgitter der Dusche hochgekommen sind. Diese wurden von uns entfernt, jedoch waren am nächsten Morgen neue Schnecken in der Dusche. Zusätzlich hat das Bad durch den Abfluss täglich unerträglich nach Gülle gestunken. Das war so schlimm, dass der Geruch sich in der Wohnung ausgebreitet hat. Auch die Schubladen im Bad waren dreckig und konnten nicht genutzt werden (Staub & Haare). - 3 Tage lang ging das W-LAN nicht, dann ging es plötzlich wieder, was uns nicht besonders gestört hat. Fazit: Tolles Haus mit viel Potential. Wir würden es aufgrund der schlechten Sauberkeit nicht wieder buchen, da uns dies sehr wichtig ist.

Vor allem verstehe ich nicht, wie Sie das Haus so schmutzig und staubig finden konnten.Ich bin am Tag vor Ihrer Ankunft gekommen, um das Haus zu putzen.Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Als Sie mich wegen der Schnecken kontaktierten, sagte ich Ihnen, dass es das erste Mal war, dass das passiert ist (ich verstehe übrigens immer noch nicht, wie Schnecken durch die Dusche nach oben kommen konnten, da es ein Gitter gibt). Ich denke, die schlechten Gerüche sind darauf zurückzuführen, dass es während Ihres Aufenthalts einen Sturm gegeben hat, und das ist auch der Grund, warum Sie mir gesagt haben, dass Sie die Unterkunft früher verlassen würden. In keinem Fall haben Sie mir gesagt, dass das Haus schmutzig war, und so lese ich Ihren sehr negativen Kommentar mit Überraschung und Bestürzung

Appartement très bien situé à Canyelles face à la mer. Vue mer exceptionnelle 105 marches tout de même, mais "ça vaut le coup". Appartement très agréable, renové, très bien équipé, avec terrasse et place de parking privative.

Perfekte Unterkunft...nur die Treppen, aber was tut man nicht

Wunderschöne Unterkunft wie angegeben. Einzig die Treppen, nach einer Woche ist man durch trainiert. Alles sehr sauber und der Blick auf die Bucht entschädigt alles.

Très beau séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Canyelles. Le logement est exactement tel que décrit dans l’annonce et bien propre. Le site est remarquable, nous avons profité d’une vue à couper le souffle et de petits-déjeuners / dîners sur la terrasse trois étoiles. Communication avec Christelle fluide et très agréable. Mieux qu'en photos !!

Cet appartement est magnifiquement bien agencé avec 2 chambres en bas dont 1 avec une petite terrasse. En haut une grande pièce à vivre avec un terrasse donnant une splendide vue sur la mer. Cet appartement est décoré avec goût. Une climatisation est présente à l'étage mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car un petit air est toujours présent pour nous rafraichir. L'accès à l'appartement peut paraitre difficile (105 marches) mais cela en vaut la peine pour avoir cette vue incroyable. Quartier très calme. Christelle et Paul sont très sérieux avec une excellente communication. Bref, je le conseille sans aucune hésitation

Amazing place

This place is amazing, it has some of the most beautiful views we have seen along the Costa Brava just out of the balcony. It was very clean and it has a very beautiful, modern and chill decoration. It is a very good location, close to Roses and close to get around Cadaques, Creus, Port de la Selva and Llanca. There are at least 7 restaurants in Canyelles, 3 of them right at the beach with amazing food and great service. Highly recommended, we loved the stay and Christelle was super accommodating and responsive in our communication, she is a great host!

We loved the accommodation, it’s well decorated and modern. The sea views were absolutely stunning. The owner did warn us that there are lots of steps, but I didn’t realise there would be a very steep climb up the hill before we got to the steps! It was s bit challenging for us, and of course it would have been much better if we had driven to this destination. But overall I am very sorry to be leaving.

Wat een gezellig en knus appartement met alles erop en eraan. De trappen er naartoe zijn intensief, maar als bonus heb je een fantastisch uitzicht over Petit Canyelles. Christelle is erg vriendelijk en de communicatie verliep erg vlot. Kortom, wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
