With private stairs leading straight to the sand and sweeping ocean and beach views from your patio and balcony, the coast is never more than a few steps away. Winter evenings invite you to gather around the indoor fireplace while the surf continues its quiet performance just beyond the windows.

Living spaces
Inside, a welcoming living room with a sectional sofa and TV anchors the main floor. Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make remote work easy whenever needed. Central heating, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable across every season. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed. The loft includes 2 full beds and a couch, offering a flexible arrangement for additional guests. A detached studio - located on the deck of Unit A - provides a king bed and 1 bath with toilet and shower, with 7-foot ceilings. It works especially well for kids or teenagers, with a maximum occupancy of 2. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and essentials are all provided. This townhouse (Unit A) puts you closer to the California coast than most people ever get.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and a dining table that seats 6. A spice rack, salt, and pepper are provided. Please note: no other cooking essentials or supplies are included - such as oil, sprays, other cooking ingredients, foil, or cling wrap.

Outdoor living
Private stairs from the home lead directly to Turks Beach, situated between 1000 Steps and Table Rock. Beach essentials and beach towels are provided - please bring your own beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The private patio and balcony offer outdoor dining and a front-row seat to the ocean at any hour. Free parking on premises is available with designated spaces for Unit A and a maximum of 3 cars, plus free street parking nearby.

Additional features
Self check-in via smart lock ensures a smooth, keyless arrival - your access code is unique to each reservation. The home includes bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, a crib and pack `n play available upon request, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and an exterior front door security camera. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (if we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay - a mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pet-friendly - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Our homes are keyless entry - we issue a code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation, making it an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc. We cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Note:
This is a side by side unit and if staying in Unit B you will need to access the beach through Unit A porch (not very intrusive at all).
