Peaceful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage set across the road from the original Jack Daniels Barrel Houses, Just a 2 minute drive from the Lynchburg Town Square. Great sunsets from the porch, a perfect setting for grilling out and enjoying a Jack & Coke. Plenty of parking. Large yard. A great place to have a long weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Great location. Close to town, but very private and quiet. Clean, and comfortable. The host was helpful and quick to respond. There’s no television in the bedrooms, which was fine with me, but my fiancé likes to watch television while in bed. We were very pleased with our stay.

We were in town for the Oak Barrel half marathon. The property was very convenient, clean, well maintained and made the trip fun and enjoyable. It suited all needs. Also very grateful for the quick response and helpfulness of the host!

This was located conveniently to explore the lynchburg Tennessee and have a great experience with little traveling. Then come back to a nice cozy stay with a great country view and environment. Close to lake also for going fishing. Will surely stay there again when I go again and recommend it highly. See for the next big squire member event.

JD Distillery Visit

Great location. Very quiet. Accommodations were as listed and the space was comfortable. The host had lots of helpful items in the kitchen and left water for us in the fridge. Recommend!

Perfect place!

This was such a perfect stay. The host was fabulous. Very proactive. Checked on us and gave great recommendations on where to go. We were also able to get a discount at restaurants because we were staying at our hosts property. It was a very short drive to the town square. The property was well maintained and the landscaping was beautiful. I would stay again and have already recommended to friends!

Big spiders!!

From the beginning it was uncomfortable, The owner was in the house when we arrived, she said she didn't know we were coming. All of her personal items are all over the house, the garage/laundry room were full of clothes and shoes and furniture, some of the furniture disappeared during our stay, which means she came in the house while we were gone. Which made us a bit uncomfortable knowing someone was in there with our stuff. There were 7 brown recluse spiders, one found crawling on the bed, one on the floor beside the bed and the rest in the shower and bathroom. The refrigerator and cabinets are full of opened and some expired foods, and medication. The house was nice but smelled like animals, the furniture was nice, but not practical or comfortable enough to relax and watch TV. Beds are both small. We were looking for a nice place to stay that wasn't far from home for a weekend getaway. We will not be renting this again, it definitely was not worth the price we paid.
