Winchester's Premier Downtown Loft!

Escape to this spectacular newly-renovated loft apartment overlooking the thriving Winchester square! You'll immediately fall in love with its classic, yet contemporary styling. This spacious apartment showcases an open kitchen and living area. Its ample natural light will buoy your spirits and it boasts plenty of room to stretch your legs after a busy day taking in everything that the square has to offer. Rest well in a king size bed and enjoy this charming piece of Winchester's heritage! This apartment features two large bedrooms and one full bathroom. The kitchen/living space is very roomy and comfortable. The entire unit is around 1400 square feet. We have the fastest WiFi that’s offered in the area, averaging 1 gigabit per second. Since we’re right down the street from the lake we have begun to offer paddle board rentals for $50 (8 hours) or $30 (4 hours). The paddle boards are inflatable and can be transported to wherever you choose to get on the water before pumping them up. Life jackets, paddles and hand pump are included. Electric air pump (plugs into your cigarette lighter) is also available for $5. Just ask and we’ll get you ready to see the sites on the lake!

Beautiful loft, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Winchester. It’s walkable to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Check-in and communication were smooth.

Cute place, good location

Place was clean and well stocked. Had a slight issue with check in, but property manager was easy to get a hold of, and helped us out very quickly. We were there to hang out with family so we didn't take advantage of the area but the place is near a highly recommended coffee shop plus the stores near by are super cute. We would stay again.

WE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THIS HIDDEN GEM ON THE SQUARE IN WINCHESTER. MOST DEFINITELY A PERFECT LITTLE GET AWAY, HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE RECOMMEND 100%. VERY CLEAN AND NICE AND LOVED THE FIRE PLACE, BEAUTIFUL.

Great Stay and Perfect Location

Went to visit TN Whiskey Trail. We determined Winchester, TN would be a good spot to stage from. This loft was ideal...right in the middle of Winchester and esay walking to numerous restaurants in a quaint little town. Adam was a great host and was always Johnny on the spot. Due to impending Artic Blast, he provided two addtional space heaters to keep the loft warm.We will be back! Thank you, Adam.
