Big kitchen with dishwasher, lounge with satellite 50' TV, dining room, lake view terrace (16 metri quadrati) furnished for lunchtime or dining, large bathroom with tub and shower, master bedroom with original furnishings 20s with possibility to add child bed until 4 years, quadruple bedroom (master bedroom and bunk bed) with lake view balcony and walk-in closet. Sofa und Sofa bed in the livingroom. Private parking: 2 covered and 2 uncovered parking spaces. All bus stop are at least 350 m.
Heating charged according to actual consumption.
Extra: City tax eur 2,00 per person per night over 14 years; final cleaning; air conditioning on request.
