Very nice air-conditioned apartment of 64 m2 on the ground floor in a residence Standing recently built on the beach of Calvi.
It consists of two large bedrooms with bedding of 160 and a cabin room with two bunk beds of 80, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and two large outdoor covered terraces of 15 and 34 m2.
Located a hundred meters from the large beach of Calvi, a supermarket and several shops are nearby.

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war in Ordnung. Bei allen aufkommenden Fragen war der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Die schöne, große Terrasse haben wir jeden Tag benutzt. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Superbe location très bien équipée, climatisée et située au calme dans une résidence privée et sécurisée, en bordure de la pinède.Idéalement placée pour qui est sans voiture : à 3 minutes à pied de la plage (station ferroviaire "Calvi - E Padule" vers Ile Rousse ou Calvi séparant la Pinède de la plage.Chemin -Passerelle, longeant la mer à 1/2 heure de Calvi.Merci à Patrice, qui assure toute la logistique avec intelligence et humanité.Lorsque vous franchirez le pas de ce spacieux appartement, vos premiers mots seront : On a fait le bon choixEt pour nous : on reviendra.

Location vivement recommandee

Agréable appartement bien équipé, avec une terrasse très appréciable. Excellente localisation à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et à une vingtaine de minutes s à pied de la citadelle. Très bon service de conciergerie. A noter que vous devrez prévoir un supplément financier pour le ménage et le linge de maison.

Très bon séjour

Très bel emplacement à 5 min à pieds de la Plage dans la pinède. Pas de route à traverser. Bel appartement encore mieux que sur les photos. Bien équipé . Plancha . Belle terrasse abritée avec jardinet. Supermarché accessible facilement à pieds Place de parking réservé Résidence sécurisée Merci à Patrice qui s occupe de l aparté y pour les facilités et la réactivité. Centre ville accessible à pieds environ 1.5km par une promenade ombragée le long de la plage. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour tranquille et reposant.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé.

Conforme à la description. Une grande terrasse appréciée malgré des voisins bruyants en extérieur. A 150m de la plage par la pinède et accès direct au supermarché par un portillon. Le centre ville Calvi est un peu éloigné à pied. Une place de parking réservée dans la résidence et aucune difficulté pour se garer en entrée de ville en parkings payants. Satisfait du séjour.
