Very clean interior! Comfortable beds. Outdoor patio area was very moldy and not welcoming to sit outside. Bushes in the front need to be trimmed back. Bathtub drain doesn’t work. Sickly sweet smell of maple in the master bedroom that was, for me, unusable. Otherwise, I really liked the house, in general. Conveniently located near downtown.

Great house and very close to downtown

This was a great weekend get-away! The house was very clean and comfortable. Downtown Weaverville is a wonderful mountain town with lots of shops and restaurants. It's just around the corner and an easy walk to get there. We will be back!

This house is a true gem

The house is immaculate and well appointed. The back deck and yard are very peaceful and you can easily walk to downtown Weaverville. We will definitely return in the future.

Love this place!

Second time staying at this great little house in Weaverville! So clean, comfortable furniture, everything is organized and works well. Host always responds quickly. We like to take the scenic route on Merrimon Ave straight in to Asheville, which is super easy. Thanks!

Comfortable home

The house is very cute and in a great location. It was very clean with plenty of towels. One bedroom did not have pillows. The owner was very responsive up until we checked in….at which point we discovered a couple of issues. The owner would NOT respond to my multiple emails/questions for our entire stay. Also there was no information given as to how we should handle “checkout”…that would be helpful in the future.

In Weaverville for a wedding

Weaverville

Inside was small but clean. Both beds were Queen (I think one should be a King). No basic channels available on TV was disappointing. Holly bushes in front of house need to be trimmed, it was hard to get into the house they blocked most of the walkway. Overall it served its purpose and we were close enough to Asheville to enjoy a day trip there.

Perfect little bungalow

Stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Cute and comfortable. Clean and neat. Great location! Took a short morning walk in the snow to Yellow Mug!

We were repeat guest. Came for our grandson‘s birthday for the weekend. This is an awesome house, very well kept and clean and in a great location. The only thing that’s kept me from staying here more is lack of availability because of it’s popularity. Five thumbs up for me.

Super clean and perfectly stocked

This house was perfect for our short stay. We could not stop commenting about how clean it was. The setup was perfect for our little family and the kids loved the games downstairs. It was also so nice to have a tv space for them downstairs so we could relax upstairs. The beds were incredibly comfy as were the pillows. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, extra toiletries, flashlights and a first aid kit just in case. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was stocked simply, but well, with quality items that worked rather than a hodge podge of lower quality supplies. Walking to Well Bred, Blue MountaIn Pizza, and Yellow Mug were fun and a breeze. The house was organized and clean and a joy to stay in, we hope to be back!

Functional, serviceable house

2 BR wood house, clean. Built on a hill, bottom floor is a basement with good washer and dryer. Nice back porch with propane cooker. Kitchen useable with excellent skillets and pans. Has AC and security windows that open.

Excellent property!

Exceptionally clean and was just like the description. Location was perfect. We wanted to be near Asheville but not in the day to day traffic every day. We would definitely choose this property again.
