THE SPACE Two Bedroom home located at the end of Wood Avenue near the Driftwood Drive Beach Entrance. Approximately 300 yards to the beach. Upon Entry is a fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and breakfast dining area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer for your use. Downstairs is a full bath with shower. There is a family room with a big screen TV and eating area. We really enjoy the outdoor space shaded by a canopy of live oaks. This is the perfect place to wind down after a long day at the beach and grill. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably in a King (upstairs), two twin beds (upstairs) and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Included with each stay: Starter supply of products to include: Paper Towels Toilet Paper Hotel quality soaps and shampoo products Dish and laundry detergents Hair dryers Towels and Linens Basic cooking and kitchenware
Things to Bring: There are a couple of beach chairs for your use, but we suggest bringing your own. Beach Towels Sunscreen Coffee not provided
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.
MORE INFO Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This townhouse is very comfortable and conveniently located. The back patio is nicely shaded by a large live oak tree and was great for outdoor meals and socializing.
We love this house. It’s just perfect for our needs. It’s within walking distance of the beach and our favorite restaurant as well as the pier.
I’ve booked my 4th stay at this house!

I think this was our 4th or 5th time staying at your house. We love the location and ease of getting to the beach. The mattress appears was replaced since our last visit and slept much better. Thank you for letting us stay.
As a frequent vacationer on SSI, this property was our favorite. Location was superb, beach was one block away, and apartment was quiet. Unit was well-equipped. Only real issue was the Living room TV which was marginal. Will consider staying in this unit again.

This condo is a five min walk to the beach or a two minute walk to the bike/walking path along Ocean Blvd. it is an older condo but efforts have been made to keep things up to date. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in patio with us. It was the perfect cozy get away location for us to escape the snow for a few weeks. The property manager, Alex, was very quick to respond. We will be back!
Our stay was overall great. Love the location, super easy with just my husband and two dogs. Had everything we needed. It’s a little outdated but it was fine for the price, location and needs. The only thing was that the sheets really were not clean. We found black hairs all over the pillows and sheets, and we are a blond family including our dogs! The king bed also isn’t the best but doable.

Great location and house. Better than expected with everything we needed.
We arrived and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed for the trip and was closer to the beach than we thought. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We didn't even need to bring the usual extras like laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Full of anti-bacterial wipes as well to keep us COVID safe. We had a great stay and enjoyed the duplex very much. Easy to find. Close to the beach. Ice cold air conditioning. :-) Within bike rides to all the fun places. Great stay!

The property was well kept. It was a short drive to several beaches. We enjoyed the fact that the area was very quiet but most of the units in the area were unoccupied, so that helped. Our major complaint was that the mattresses on all of the beds were almost impossible to sleep on. They were extremely soft and lumpy. We got very little rest while we were there. I would suggest replaceing all of the mattresses.

The property is so close to everything. 5 min walk to the beach, easy bike ride to the Village, 30 minutes drive to Jekyll Island. We loved it. It doesn't have any extras - no beach stuff, no bikes, no extra anything really. It's a little dated but everything was clean and worked well.
