Very charming historic Ardèche stone house, with a tower.
The house has been carefully renovated, beautiful materials (oak, chestnut, exposed stone, tiles). It can accommodate at least 8 people, and the largest room can serve as a dormitory with extra beds, so increase to 12 people.
It is on 3 levels, the tower is habitable. It has a courtyard to accommodate a large table or bask in the sun. Many hikes are possible in very natural landscapes. The village of Vocance has 600 inhabitants. Vocance is 15 minutes from Annonay, the largest city in Ardèche, the historic capital of hot air ballooning.
