Pretty independent house in rubble stone and tufa stones fully restored.
Country setting between meadows of horses, woods and orchard, quiet just 10 minutes from Tours and close to the Golf d'Ardree (5 minutes by car) and 15 minutes from main roads (A10, A28, A85) and 10 minutes from the airport.
Located in a hamlet 800 m from the village and in the immediate vicinity of many walking paths, fishing in the river 10 minutes on foot.
