Large vacation Rental Home in quiet residential area ideally located just outside Corralejo (main resort on the northeast island coast) right next to the Dunes Natural Park and 4 km of beautiful white sandy beaches on a sea of turquoise colours.

The subdivision is located on the road to Oliva / Tindaya, a few minutes from the charming village of Lajares and mythical surfers' beaches of El Cotillo. There are garden areas, parks for kids and some shops: bar, restaurant and one supermarket.

Beautiful property, carefully furnished with modern furniture, fully equipped with every comfort, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay in the quiet.

Pleasant outdoor area well-appointed, sunny terrace with sun loungers and giant sunshade, private swimming pool heated to 27 ° C all year round, outdoor shower with hot water, stone barbecue, covered veranda (porch), glazed and equipped with a large garden table with six chairs and foam benches. A beautiful wall fence covered with foliage guarantees to the terrace a perfect privacy while giving it a touch of "patio" style Canarian.

The veranda is a complementary living space ideal to enjoy during the day meals outdoors sheltered from the heat and in the evening pleasant barbecue moments with family or friends.

The interior of the house consists of a large living / dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms for 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. A bathroom with shower cubicle is integrated into the master bedroom, the second bathroom has a bath with hand shower.

Spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, full set of pots and pans, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

The living room is equipped with a large flat screen SMART-TV, a DVD player and a dual satellite installation that offers all national channels of Spanish television, French, Italian, German and a few English channels. Free and unlimited access to NETFLIX is available

V Nice property, well looked after. Positives; outside shower ,v good, pool clean and warm, David (manager) v helpful, good kitchen facilities in general. Negatives; shower floods on to floor as needs a seal on door by the wall, annoying having to mop up after shower, needs a couple of smaller oven dishes for cooking. Could do with a drainer of somesort for pot washing (dishwasher though). Overall a lovely property would recommend

Great holiday rental

this property had everything we needed. It was super easy with children and the owner had thought of everything for example, a pool immersion alarm and charcoal for the bbq. Its a very comfortable property. Thanks Stefano!

A Perfect Stay

My wife, I and our 2 little kids (4 and 2 years old) had a lovely stay at Stefano’s villa. Stefano is the perfect host, always available and excellent communicator. He was so thoughtful that even took the initiative to install a safety alarm for the swimming pool for the kids. Dave, the housekeeper, welcomed us and made himself always available,, although everything was so perfect that we didn’t need to bother him too much. The villa is situated just outside Corralejo, 5 minutes drive and not far from the lovely Lajares village. It was very clean, well equipped and in good location. We were shopping for food at the convenient Mercadone, also 5 min drive or at the local supermarket if we needed something urgent. To sum up, it was the perfect place to relax with family away from the fuss of Corralejo. Not to mention the kids (and us) made the most of the heated swimming pool and BBQ! Grazie Stefano!

Lovely house in the development at Capellania.

There’s a Supermarket, pizzeria and pub on the development, which means you are well able to self cater. I stayed in February, when the temperatures varied from 18-23 degrees and was able to use the pool most days. The outdoor shower runs warm and is very adequate for cleaning off the chlorine. The outdoor patio has four loungers and got sun from 11 - 5. House is very private with nobody overlooking the property, so privacy is excellent. Landlord’s agent (Dave) is a lovely guy and lives next door, which is useful for help on tap. House has WiFi , which is currently limited to 80GB a week (but I’m told that cable internet is being put in soon). So Netflix is not available full-time and only TV in English is news channels. So in the meantime bring a few books. Lots to do in the nearby town of Correlajo and you can get a ferry over to Lanzarote for day trips. Recommend the rock bar on the main boulevard in Correlajo, as it has good live music.

Amazing Little Gem!

The villa was fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday! Little attention to details! The villa was well presented and easily accessible for the town and shopping that you might need! The pool was fully heated at all times and cleaned regularly. Stefano was quick to respond for any enquiries surrounding the villa. Everything was just perfect and would definitely recommend for families and couples and will returning again in the very near future!

Internally brilliant but externally compromised in winter.

The villa was very well furnished and we could not fault the facilities. The shower in the main bathroom was that powerful it took your breath away - brilliant. Another point worth noting was that the beds were really comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by all. I booked the villa primarily because of the outside space and the pool which was allegedly solar heated - whether that meant purely by the sun or by electricity generated by the sun was not made clear - I would suggest the former as the pool barely got up to 18° and was unusable - I have to be honest and say I was really disappointed by this - the sea was much warmer!! Also the high walls - for privacy were excellent but in the winter with a low sun limited the time the loungers were actually of use to about 3 hours - the rest of the time you were in shadow. Again the beach was a better bet! The roadworks to the FV-1 were quite noisy during construction and they started early and were surprisingly close. Another noise concern was constant dog barking from local villas - annoying when you are trying to relax on holiday. Whilst I realise these are both out of the control of Stefano it was still annoying. The local Hiperdino was very convenient in both opening times, distance from villa and products stocked but the whole look of that area was awful - like it had been abandoned and vandalised - so much different from Google maps images. Maybe this is because of the local motorway works and more investment will regenerate the area as at one point it was the only location of a cinema in the north of the island. Stefano the owner was very easy to contact and his responses were always quick and considerate and Giorgio the local contact was also a pleasure to deal with. In the height of summer and when the motorway construction is finished it would be a delight to stay again.

Wow factor

High quality fixtures and fittings, especially in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and sofas, huge smart TV (only 1 English channel - news). Very clean everywhere, very private. Great sunbeds and huge sun parasol. We have stayed at villas on Tamaragua 3 times before and this villa is without doubt, the best. The people who greeted us, Giorgio and Daniela were fabulous. SO friendly.

Villa mit Vollausstattung

Alles war da, wir haben nichts vermisst. Durch die Anreise am Feiertag, waren die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Sehr gute Tipps von Verwalter für Restaurants und Einkauf. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Herzlichen Dank David! Wir kommen wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit allem was man braucht

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Übergabe bei der Ankunft hat super geklappt. Pool und Grill sind ein echtes Plus. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse windgeschützt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Everything was just perfect for our vacation!

Starting with the contact (Stefano) everything went just fine and smooth. Communication was clear and absolutely friendly. Arranging the hand over with Dave went pretty well and coordinated. Just messaged via WhatsApp when we would arrive at the villa. (Description from Stefano was detailed). The villa fits the description, it was well cleaned and all equipment was ready to use. So we could just relax for the ten days. During our stay, Stefano asked if everything was ok and to report any problems or raise questions to him or Dave - we didn’t as it wasn’t necessary :) Thank you very much - we absolutely enjoyed our stay and our little one especially the pool!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht ☺️ Vorab hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Stefano, dem Eigentümer des Hauses, der uns immer sofort geantwortet hat, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Vor Ort angekommen, kontaktierten David, der für die Schlüsselübergabe genannt wurde. Er wohnt nebenan, von daher war alles problemlos. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Danke David ☺️ Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen vom Trubel, so dass ein Auto auf jeden Fall von Nöten ist. Das Haus selbst ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand, das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Es war alles da, was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, einen riesigen Fernseher mit Netflix, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern, 4 Sonnenliegen mit super Polstern, Sonnenschirm, ausreichend Decken, Kissen, Handtücher, überdachter Parkplatz,… Auch am Tag der Abreise konnten wir länger im Haus bleiben, da unser Flug relativ spät ging. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Stefano und David für diesen tollen und gelungenen Urlaub.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir waren super zufrieden. Von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her, eines der besten Objekte, das wir bisher gebucht haben und wir sind schon des öfteren auf Fuerteventura gewesen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und können es zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Auch der Service hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich zwar unbedingt ein Auto mieten, da der Ort selber nicht viel zu bieten hat. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und zwei Lokale (einfach aber gut und günstig) für zwischendurch völlig ausreichend. Sollte sich die Gelegenheit bieten werden wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ein perfektes Urlaubsziel

Genau richtig für uns... wir haben das schöne Häuschen genau wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden, wurden von David begrüßt. Ein Pool zum abkühlen, wohl temperierte Zimmer, auch ohne Klimaanlage... mit Auto der perfekte Ort für Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel... jederzeit gerne wieder... freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert... liebe Grüße an Stefano und David.

Tutto fantastico

Casa ancora meglio dal vivo che in foto, ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno, piscina riscaldata ottima per i pomeriggi dopo il mare, veranda esterna riparata dal vento tipico di fuerteventura perfetta per poter cenare all’esterno. Pulizia e attenzione al dettaglio top. Consigliatissima!

BELLE VILLA TRES AGREABLE

Belle villa très agréable, très bien entretenue et complète en équipement. Idéale pour des vacances relaxantes autour d'une piscine chauffée à 27° – 28°. Idéalement située entre "El Cotillo" sur la côte Ouest et les magnifiques Dunes de sable blanc sur la côte Est. La villa est située à 5 minutes de voiture des "Grandes Playas" les plus belles plages de l'île. Idéalement située pour les randonneurs. Nous reviendrons sans faute ! J.P.

Merveilleux séjour dans cette jolie villa !

Située dans un lotissement très propre et typiquement canarien, la Villa Tamaragua est le lieu idéal pour séjourner à Fuerteventura. Propreté irréprochable et équipements plus que complets. Je recommande et espère avoir la chance d’y séjourner à nouveau !
