Appartement bien aménagé, bien équipé et propre, position stratégique: 30 minutes à pied à Aix les Bains, 10 minutes en voiture au supermarché Leclerc, on peut faire des ballades à pied à partir de l'appartement sans utiliser la voiture.La chambre à coucher est plus chaude que les autres pièces, il n'y a pas de climatisation.

En raison de la canicule, un climatiseur a été installé dans la chambre début juillet 2026.

Gîte bien équipé, conforme à l'annonce.

Gite propre et agréable, très bien équipé. Tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Nous étions 4 adultes et avions assez de place. Le canapé est grand. 2 WC, c'est appréciable.
