Perfect location

Close to Skyline Drive where we hiked. Close to Harrisonburg where we found an excellent restaurant. We definitely would come back for a longer stay in the future. Very nicely appointed home.

Lovely and Cozy Hideaway

We were in town to watch my daughter perform with the JMU marching band. This was the perfect cozy spot to stay. We loved the decor and the overall vibe. The hosts were wonderfully communicative. Highly recommend!

Convenient for JMU families

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience while visiting our DD who could not travel home for Thanksgiving. Didn’t realize the beds were doubles so something to note if you’re used to sleeping in a King size bed.

Scenic Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better rental. The house was the perfect size for our group and a great location - close to the park for day hiking and close to great restaurants and vineyards. We'll definitely plan another visit!

This farmhouse was so cozy with hints of original structure. It felt like a private getaway yet it was only ten minutes from bustling town. Several relaxing wineries to choose from just fifteen to twenty minutes away.

Fall Getaway

The house was well appointed with enough room for the whole family. We instantly felt at home and loved the view of the mountains and the farm land nearby. Having to work durning our stay the WiFi was up to the task. We are planning on returning next year.

Beautiful Stay!

This house is exactly as depicted online - so cute. We could tell it was cleaned just before our arrival, with the touch of fresh flowers! Melinda was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for those visiting JMU, just a short 15-minute drive away. We will look to stay here in the future to add to our tradition.

Cute Country Home in Shenandoah Valley

My wife and I stayed at this home on our way up to PA. We took a couple of days to explore the area. The home was clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. Communication with the property owner was great. We will definitely look to rebook this property next time we visit the atea!
