Beautiful Pool Villa!
This gorgeous property is located on old Majestic Golf Course.
Unfortunately, the course shut down and is NOT operational at this time!
It's a very quiet property that has it's own private electric heated pool. It is a newly remodeled attached Villa. Perfect property to enjoy the tranquility of the golf course and the serenity of floating in the pool!

Pets are allowed by approval. There is a minimum stay of 30 nights at this home.
Please note!! There is a 4 week minimum.
For US citizens: After you have booked this home you will be required to fill out an application for the Home Owner Association. This includes providing them with date of birth and SSN.
For non US citizens: Unfortunately the HOA requires a $250/guest application fee for non US citizens.(not included in rent price.) and at least 2 weeks processing time.
!!! If you are not comfortable with this please do not book !!!
