Great, newly remodeled!

My family and I had a great stay! Clean, newly remodeled condo with 2 car garage and brand new furniture and appliances. Great communication from Tom. Our 2 girls loved the twin beds and the condo really felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend!

This is my first time staying at a VRBO. I have stayed at other organization properties rented by owners as well for many many times and I must say that this has been the best of all. Thomas was very courteous and timely his answers, he has ensured all details will make your stay unforgettable. He has a superb location, truly equipped and beautiful home!!!! We will surely return!

Nice condo pretty close to the beach.

We had a great stay at Tom’s place! Everything was clean and organized. It was great for our family of 5. Just note that the 3rd bedroom is actually part of the master bedroom. Tom does note this in his description. Thank you for sharing your place Tom!

My Name is Tom, and I'm from Whittier California . As a child, my family vacationed in San Clemente annually. As time passed, my father moved here in 1995, and I followed years later. My family and I love this town, and we hope you do too !

Why they chose this property

The condo is close to Dana Point and San Clemente. South County has soooo much to offer. There is a paddle board, and 2x e bikes. There are plenty of beach toys, and beach towels. I can arrand rental cars through Turo. The condo went through a complete renovation. There is a massage chair in the master retreat.

What makes this property unique

Walk to the beach for sunsets, ride bikes to Dana Point for lunch. Annual concerts in the summer. GOLF ! Next to Hawaii, this is it . We do have a condo in Hawaii for rent. In Kailua . The cost is around 400.00 a night based upon length. Please message me for exact details. The city of San Clemente does has a 30 ordinance
