The full-size living room features beautiful ocean and pier views, a 55” flat-screen TV, and an oversized custom sectional with a comfortable queen memory-foam sleeper.

There’s also a dedicated eat-in dining area—perfect for breakfast before heading to the beach, dinner at home, or relaxing over a bottle of wine.

A FULL GOURMET KITCHEN — NOT A KITCHENETTE

If you enjoy having a real kitchen while traveling, you’ll appreciate the difference. (This is unlike other units in our building)

Our full-size gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, bright white cabinetry, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of space for preparing everything from morning coffee and breakfast to a complete dinner.

For longer stays especially, having a true kitchen and separate dining area makes 4 Palms feel much more like a home than a hotel room or beach studio.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEDROOM + TWO BATHROOMS

At the end of the day, retreat to your separate primary bedroom featuring an exceptionally comfortable Spring Air Luxury Queen mattress.

A cozy reading nook gives you another place to relax, read a book, or simply watch the boats go by. Twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping accommodations, while designer room-darkening draperies help create a comfortable sleeping environment.

The bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with quartz countertops and a large walk-in shower.

Even better, 4 Palms has a second bathroom/powder room, so family members or guests sleeping in the living room don't need to enter the primary bedroom during the night.

OCEAN & SAN CLEMENTE PIER VIEWS

Enjoy beautiful ocean views right from the bungalow, including a clear view of the iconic San Clemente Pier. On clear days, you can see all the way to Catalina and San Clemente Islands.

Bring a glass of wine outside in the evening, grab the provided binoculars to watch sailboats and look for whales offshore, and enjoy some of the spectacular sunsets San Clemente is known for.

WALK TO THE BEACH, PIER & DOWNTOWN

You can leave your car parked securely behind the gate and walk approximately 5 minutes to the beach and San Clemente Pier. Avenida Del Mar and its wonderful restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and nightlife are also just a short walk away.

Spend the morning at the beach, walk into town for lunch or dinner, and come home to your own spacious ocean-view retreat.

Directly outside the bungalow is a large grassy area where you can enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather.
