Gulf side beach bungalow with tons of charm!

This adorable Mid Century beach bungalow, built in the 1950's, boast tons of charm and history. Minutes from the beach, this home is located a just a brief walk from the public beach access. You can also enjoy amazing beach breezes and views while relaxing or dining on the screened porch. There is plenty of parking and lots of great space to enjoy time with friends or family.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom – King-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed
• Guest Bedroom 2 – 2 Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crockpot. The dining table comfortably seats six guests.

• Four TVs (Living Room and each bedroom)
• Electric Grill
• Various kitchen supplies

Starter Supplies:
The owner provides a starter supply of:
• Toilet paper (one roll per bathroom)
• Paper towels (one roll in the kitchen)
• Laundry detergent / Dryer Sheets
• Dishwasher detergent

Guests should bring enough additional toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food, beverages, seasonings and any other items needed for their stay. Please send us a message if you are curious if anything not listed here is provided or not, and we would be happy to look into it.

Additional Notes:
Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house. All smoking must be done outside with the door to the home closed. All tobacco products must be thrown away in the outdoor trashcan. Cigarette butts may not be thrown on the ground. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to bring pets.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We love staying here. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are beach towels to use and beach chairs in the storage room downstairs. And the porch is absolutely amazing.

This house is wonderful. The interior is so different from your normal blue and white beach interior. We absolutely loved the decor and feel of the house. The kitchen is well stocked.

Wonderful Stay

Just what we were looking for to get away for two weeks. House is warm and cozy. While we were there it was both warm and cold and everything was fine. Steps away from the beach and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. House has everything you need along with gracious hosts.

Great beach bungalow

This is our second year staying at the bungalow because we loved it so much. Short less than 1 minute walk to the beach, great use of a smaller space and inviting decor. We loved ending our day enjoying the screened in porch.

Cute MCM style and great sleeping arrangements. A quick easy walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful and communicative. We'll look for this property if we come back to Dauphin Island in the future.

Very comfortable home. Close to the beach. Many thoughtful touches. Beautiful updated bathroom Eating outside on the covered porch was so nice. The bed was memory foam-not used to that and not a fan, personally. I would stay again without hesitation!

Vintage and Cozy Beach House

This place had everything my family needed for a great price. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nicely done, looks like a recent remodel. The home was very tastefully decorated with lots of mid-century modern furniture, decor, and kitchenware. The home has a washer and dryer and a cordless vacuum to get all the sand up! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there. The beach is literally a few minutes away just over the dunes.

Charming Beach House

I highly recommend this place. It is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in on a vacay. Perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Super cute ! I was excited to see they had a book series by one of my favorite authors that I read, and we played some of the board games they had as well. (The Goonies :)) all the comforts of home away from home!

Can't say enough about every single solitary thing about this wonderful home. There was nothing we needed that the owners had not thought of before we even needed it. Spices, utensils, knives, beach supplies , Tupperware...too much to list. Beautiful and clean and the screened porch is only one of very few on the island.I can't wait to book and come back for a longer stay. Thank you so much for sharing this gem!
