5 Bedroom Beach Home with Rooftop Deck and Spa

Our home has been recently updated. This modern 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home situated just steps away from the ocean and harbor. Nearby is the world renown surf spot "The Point" along with the "Balboa Pier", playgrounds, bike trails, restaurants, shops, ​and many more activities to enjoy. Imagine relaxing at the end of the day on the rooftop deck complete with a ​spa overlooking the ocean and city views The main level features an open kitchen with Thermador stainless steel appliances. The home has an island and dining area to enjoy meals, living room to relax and watch tv, along with two bedrooms with one and a half baths. The extraordinary attention to detail extends to the second level which features a family room with fireplace and large sun deck. Also located on the second floor are two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. One of the bedrooms has a full bed and the other has a full size bunkbed. The master suite has a king bed with a walk-in​ closet and an ensuite bath and is located at the end of the hallway. You also have a half bath and laundry room on this floor. Located in the upstairs family room are two queen sleeper sofas. Located on the rooftop is a hot tub to enjoy day or night.
