We had a terrific trip to NPB. The house is perfectly located for a family with a dog. The home is well equipped, including bikes for the boardwalk and folding chairs, towels, and a boogie board for the beach.

This beach house was beautiful clean well equipped great location especially if you have kids or a dog because you have a huge green grass area right in front. The Host were so nice and kind he was right there if we needed anything

Great ocean front location close to the Balboa Pier, restaurants, and shops on the quiet end of the peninsula. The grass area is great for kids and pets, and the patio is great for outdoor dining, lounging, and people watching. The property is well appointed and has everything you need (beach chairs, bikes, games) to enjoy a stay at the beach. We had a group of 4 to 6, had plenty of space, and really enjoyed our stay. Great host. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others!

Great location! This property has everything you need , just pack a couple clothes and you’re ready for the perfect vacation. The owners allowed us to stay a couple extra nights at our request as they weren’t booked - which we loved!! Would definitely stay here again with our pups.

Ed was GREAT. I hate bothering anyone but I needed help a couple of times and he was right there getting things handled for me. We usually stay in a busier part of the beach, but this will be our new spot. This was VERY quiet and our little kids LOVED having the grass right outside our door to play in. We walked to food every day and had such a great time.

Great location

This home was located in a very desirable area in Newport Beach near Balboa pier. Everything was in close, walking distance and the large grass area and beach in front of the house were perfect. The owners were very responsive and the home was comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed our stay here.
