Our condo sleeps six; the Master features a luxurious King size bed with a queen bed in the Guest suite along with a queen sleeper sofa. Seven pools to choose from including a picturesque beach front pool, a heated indoor pool with sauna, steam room, and hot tub make this the perfect year round resort. Tired of swimming? Enjoy a tennis match under the lights or a quick game of pick-up basketball on one of our courts near the shuffleboard and horseshoe area. When you turn down our drive you'll notice Alabama's number one rated golf course, Kiva Dunes adjoins our property. Not to mention the beautiful sugar white beach that is only steps away! Attention Snowbirds: Stays of at least 28 nights prior to March are eligible to reserve the first two weeks of March 2021 at unpublished winter rates. Ask for a quote.

Why they chose this property
Why this property? It starts with the beach. You can stay anywhere on the Alabama/Florida gulf coast and the water will be a beautiful emerald green and the sand will look like drifting snow. The question comes down to how many people do you want on the beach with you, stopped at the light in front of you and in line at the convenience store? Our resort has one mile of undeveloped and protected beach to the east and the most expensive single family homes on the Alabama Coast to the west. Even during the busiest time of the year it will feel like you've got the place to yourself! If you're a "beach" person and love the old Key West feel, then you've found your home. If you're a "beach town" person and want one cement high rise after another and all that goes with it, well that's what staying in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores is all about. Our guests prefer driving in to enjoy it and leaving it behind when they want to relax.
What makes this property unique
Surrounded by 7,000 acres of National Wildlife Refuge and miles of protected beaches you'll experience what drew native Americans to this peninsula a thousand years before the Spanish discovered the area in 1500. You'll look out on the gulf and see where Admiral Farragut spoke his famous words, "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" And unlike the native Americans or sailors, you can enjoy our indoor pool facility which includes a sauna, hot tub and steam room in case it rains.
