The cottage is located along the path of Dérèches which leads to Morzine.

Perfect flat for 2 families

Very comfortable & pleasant stay

The appartement is fully equipped & comfortable for two families of five. We cannot think of things to improve. Good contact with the owner, clean, enough space & seating for 10, good quality bedding & four bathrooms is perfect! Location is easy 5 min drive for drop off at the ski-lifts.

Lovely apartment

Lovely place to stay. All rooms very big, lovely lounge and dining area. Owners very friendly, and helpful. Well equipped. Good location in between Morzines and Ardent. We stayed 8th March week, not much snow Morzine side so drove everyday to Ardent gondola, about 10 minutes away. Free parking, and easy access to the slopes. Avoided Avoriaz as very very busy, stayed more the Swiss side. I can't really say anything negative about the stay, if anything, and they are small things, the photos show double beds, but they are all singles, but we pushed them together. Wifi is patchy at best. And take a cheese grater :)

Chalet et propriétaires "au top"

Chalet très confortable, spacieux, très bien équipé, communication très facile et réactive avec des propriétaires soucieux de notre confort et faciliter notre séjour. Comme nous avions 2 voitures nous avions choisi cette solution privilégiant l'espace plutôt qu'un logement réduit "au pied des pistes" et nous n'avons pas regretté. l'accès aux télécabines nous menant aux pistes était rapide et sur place un parking privatif gentiment déneigé quand nécessaire par le propriétaire est très pratique. Christiane et Paul sont pleins d'attentions pour leurs locataires !

Chalet magnifique aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur

Super séjour! tout était parfait! Les échanges avec la propriétaire, l'équipement du chalet, literie parfaite, la propreté. L'extérieur magnifique, avec plaine de jeux pour les enfants, petit étang et source d'eau venant directement de la montagne. La proximité pour la boulangerie (3min en voiture), carrefour (5 min en voiture) et les télécabines d'Ardent (15 min en voiture) et Morzine (5 min en voiture). Je recommande vivement, nous y retournerons !

Très très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La navette pour le domaine skiable est à 3 minutes à pieds. Boulangerie à 600m. Chalet très bien entretenu et spacieux. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande et n'hésiterais pas à revenir si je retourne dans la région.

It was our best holiday!

Fantastic holiday in an amazing chalet in the best location with the best owners. We have just returned from the best holiday, the house and garden were absolutely massive and beautiful and so nicely kept. The owners were so pleasant and easy. We look forward to coming again.

Lovely comfortable chalet

The chalet was ideal for our group of 7. It’s on 3 floors, although most of the accommodation is on the 1st and 2nd floor. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The living area was of a good size and had lazy boy sofas! The beds were comfortable and most bedrooms had an en-suite shower. The ski storage area was kept warm for drying clothes out. You do need a car, it is about 10 minutes drive to morzine, and only minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. The chalet owners live on site in another part of the chalet - they were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. I’m very happy to recommend this chalet.

Nice apartment fot 2 families

We had a wonderful week in Portes du Soleil and apartment Joranloup. The house is centrally located, so you can take the lifts from Morzine and from Ardent. The apartment has a modern kitchen and enough seating space for 2 families. The family Neuraz family always responded quick to all my questions. Thanks again! So highly recommended.

Wonderful property

Our first visit to the PdS for half term skiing. The chalet is exactly as described and in the pictures. It forms around a third of a large detached property in a lovely spot by the stream. The owners live in one half of the whole chalet but there is private access to this three storey section. the owners have obviously spent a great deal of money renovating the place in the recent past. There is ample parking for up to 6 cars. The chalet is located on the fringe of Montriond village (we didn't walk into it but it is easily walkable up the hill). You are about 3-4km outside of Morzine centre where there are shops, bars & restaurants. Parking was relatively easy even though it was peak. For the skiiers the best option is to drive to the Ardent lift which has free parking and gets you into the Lindarets bowl. The ski bus also passes right outside the building going to Ardent in one direction and Morzine centre in the other. The apartment is fully equipped, warm and comfortable. I can't think of anything we wanted but didn't have. The owners Paul & Christiane were excellent communicators and great hosts - many thanks for making your property so welcoming.
