Exclusive 4 Bedroom Home on 10 Acres, Hot Tub, Pond in Heart of Trail System

Thanks for being a year after year return visitor. Our place is well equipped with very comfortable beds that accommodate up to groups of 12. Many times, it is extended families for friend groups looking for a getaway. The trails are very close by and so are a several bar/supper clubs.

The trails around here really are nice and close with several stops for food, drink and a bit of adventure if you takes some time to go visit the waterfalls along the route as well! With 2 spots on the property to enjoy a fire and relax you really can’t beat it. Thanks again for staying with us!

Steven, Thanks for your awesome feedback. We go the extra mile to make sure our property and our guests enjoy their getaways to the Northwoods. A nice size property to accommodate friends and family. To put a cherry on top we have recently added a whole house automatic backup generator as the power can be unreliable during storms and high winds. Hope to see your group again..

Our place is very spacious and setup for extended family and friends. Nestled in a quiet small neighborhood on 10 acres and surrounded by several 40-80 acre vacation home parcels makes it a nice place to get away. See the amazing stars at night, a view you will not be accompanied to see near larger cities. Wrap up your evenings with a great meal with everything we could think to have in a fully stocked kitchen.

Thanks for the great feedback. We purchased all new Serta pillow top beds for the home including the bunk room :) Our goal was to have a very comfortable high end experience in the Northwoods. Sound like we hit the mark.

We appreciate your loyalty to our getaway. That is right our property is about 1.1 miles from direct trail access to the north trail in Dunbar that connects Dunbar to Pembine. Whether you are a snowmobiler or a ATV/UTV rider we have you covered. The trails are impeccably maintained by the Dun-Good Riders and other local clubs. Truly a place you need to bring the family and friends.

We strive to have most everything for our guests to be able to kick back and relax. If preparing a nice meal is something you enjoy we have stocked the home with many common and uncommon kitchen items. Come on up and kick back..

Thanks for the awesome feedback. That's right the trails (North Dunbar Loop) are only 1 mile away from the cabin. You can then head east toward Pembine or west toward Dunbar, Florence or anything to the south once you get to Dunbar. We work very hard to have all the needed items for your getaway to prepare a nice meal and relax.

When we looked for the perfect location to have our vacation rental property there were several factors. Close to snowmobile/atv trails. Waterfalls and adventure near by and some land. We feel we found the perfect place nestled in on 10 arces with a pond just a mile outside Dunbar and 1.5mi from the trail crossing on Camp 12 road. Come on up and rent a slice of heaven. By the way the Wildman whitewater rafting trips are not far away.

Glad you found the home spacious. We thought it was perfect size with the ability to spread out or send the kids to the futon room to watch some TV or do some gaming :) Its very ideal for a extended families or a couple families.

We try our bests to provide an amazing guest experience. If you coming to visit to ride the trails you have come to the right location. ATV/UTV trails in the greater surrounding area are well taken care of an offer variations in terrain and surfaces. Marinette and Florence County are where its at. If you are more of a winter nut. The Snowmobile trails are very well groomed with ample snow. Traffic is low and great for family rides. Don't forget all the waterfalls you can stop at along the trails.
