• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• No events, parties or large gatherings
• At least 22 years old to book. Contact host if you're less than 22.
• Check-In Time: 4pm, Check-Out Time: 10am. Will charge $50 per each late check-out hour.
• Sleep 6 max. Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person.
• Fire is not allowed anywhere in the cabin except for grilling area and fireplace
• Do not engage any illegal activities on the property

• OUTDOOR LIVING: Open air porch with rocking chairs, screened-in porch, hot tub, propane gas grill
• INDOOR LIVING: 65" Smart TVs with streaming apps Netflix, Disney+ (Bring your own password, no cable channels), wood-burning fireplace, board games
• BEDS: King Bed in Upper Level with 43" TV, a bathroom, Jacuzzi; Queen Bed in Main Level with a 43" TV, a bathroom; Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig with K-cups, drip coffeemaker with coffee ground, toaster, cooking basics, spices
• GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, ceiling fans, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, essentials
• FREE PARKING: You can park anywhere on the driveway, there's a plenty of space (3-4 vehicles)

-- GUEST ACCESS --
• The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided the code 1 day before check-in

-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This cabin is owned and managed by me and my wife, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help, answer your call personally.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we're available via phone call, text or email from 7am CST to 11pm CST.

-- SECURITY --
• For our safety and yours, there are 2 security cameras that automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property: 1 at the entrance and 1 at the deck, both points toward the driveway. The cameras DO NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.
• These cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.

-- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE--
• IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow any check in on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• This cabin is in the mountains and the woods. The roads are little steep, one lane paved mountain road and a short gravel road to the cabin.
• You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.
• Do not leave food in the car or outside and always lock the doors. Bears know how to open your car.
• No refunds will be given for weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food and all-wheel drive.
• Fireplace use is only available from October 1 through April 1.
• A gas grill is on the deck for your use. Please note that it's outside and it's just not feasible to clean it between every guest, so you may need to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person. Please make sure you put correct number of guests in the reservation.
• Read and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, which will be sent by 3CVacationHomes via email.
