Ideal for a couple with children, this single-story detached house offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation on the bay. Fenced garden of 180m² including a large terrace (with furniture, table and chairs for 5 people (large parasol from April to the end of September)) of 30m² and the possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.

During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
Non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Shops in the Aiguillon district: are located on boulevard Mestrezat and boulevard de la Plage 600m away. You will find a small Casino super market with butcher, the famous Aiguillon fishmonger, baker and pastry chef, caterer, butcher, florist, tobacco and pesse shop, pharmacy. Several cafes and restaurants are located in this same area 600m from the house: Italian restaurant Le Bassano, Le Chipiron (seafood), Le Bistrot du Port, Le Patio (Michelin starred restaurant: one star). The Santa Maria (seafood) is located on the marina inside the CVA.
