Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. New windows block noise and shutters keep sun and heat out. No a/c but fan included. Host communicates quickly and takes all requests and concerns seriously and with action. We’ve stayed twice in this beautiful apartment and will be back!

Sehr schön, toll eingerichtet, etwas laut, Inserat teilweise ungenau

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit stilvoller Einrichtung. Tolle Mischung aus alten und modernen Elementen, viele Kunstwerke an den Wänden, wirklich etwas Besonderes. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung waren im Preis inbegriffen. Das machte die Buchung sehr transparent. Super! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grand Rue. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt und des Battands-Viertels können zu Fuß leicht erreicht werden. Die Morgenspaziergänge direkt am Doubs entlang waren herrlich. Bei großer Hitze muss nachts mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen werden. Dann ist es von der Grand Rue her sehr laut, leider auch bis spät in die Nacht. Die Angaben im Inserat waren widersprüchlich und stimmten teilweise nicht: Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, es gibt keinen zugehörigen Parkplatz. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist etwas ganz, ganz Besonderes: sehr stilvoller Altbau, gut ausgestattet und absolut zentral gelegen- top!!

Viele Angaben sind falsch oder stimmen nicht – Kommunikation ist mangelhaft!

Patrice ou Sylvie, you also offer English as a language. You only answer in French, entweder können Sie kein Englisch oder Sie sitzen auf sehr hohem Ross: Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, die mich sehr verärgert hatte, mit der Konsequenz, dass die 2. Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer ohne Bezüge und Wäsche war, obwohl ich es 2 Mal (bei der Buchung und beim letzten Kontakt) geschrieben und angemahnt hatte. Wir hatten zufällig Bettwäsche bei uns! 3 Tage vor der Abfahrt in Deutschland, wurde nach der Buchung geschrieben, dass es die letzten Informationen zur Wohnungsübergabe gibt. Ich musste nochmals schreiben, da mir die Übergabe der Schlüssel oder das ganze Prozedere nicht benannt wurde. In der Nacht vor der Abfahrt, sind mir dann um 22 Uhr die entscheidenden Infos geschrieben worden. Dies war und ist sehr sportlich und nicht erklärbar, warum man so lange im Unklaren gehalten wird. Angaben, die nicht stimmen: es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine Nische mit 2 gepolsterte Bänken, als Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Einzelbett ist nicht vorhanden. Es gibt auch keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz – siehe Rezessionen, obwohl damit weiter Werbung gemacht wird, dies ist Vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen oder unredlich! Der Bürobereich ist im Wohnzimmer nicht erkennbar. Kapselkaffee passt nicht zur Nachhaltigkeit. Die Lage und die Stadt sind toll!

Thomas a été injoignable durant son séjour Impossible de connaître son heure d arrivee et lui donner des explications i. Les lits étaient bien entendu garnis de draps et couettes il suffisait juste d enlever la housse qui protègent!!!!

Merveilleux séjour

L’emplacement est idéal si vous êtes à pieds, tout est accessible facilement et le tram est juste à côté. L’appartement est magnifique, un peu art déco/parquet/moulures. Pas de nuisance sonore, la literie est de grande qualité, nous avons très bien dormi. Tout le nécessaire est disponible du côté cuisine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement en centre Ville

Bel appartement situé dans la rue principale piétonne de Besançon. Il y a 4 couchages : un grand lit double dans une chambre séparée et deux lit simples dans un espace ouvert à côté du salon. Idéal pour les visites à pied mais prévoir un parking public payant pour le stationnement du véhicule.

Laut aber schön

Ganz zentral gelegene Wohnung an der Grande Rue, eine der Haupteinkaufsstraßen von Besancon; deshalb etwas laut (auch von grölenden Menschen); gut ausgestattet, etwas old school im Bad, aber nostalgisch schön. Freundliche Vermieterin. Angaben zum Parken in der Annonce waren nicht korrekt. Wir würden wiederkommen.
