Een heel fijn appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Alles was aanwezig wat wij nodig hadden. Heel fijn contact met een vriendelijke eigenaar. De auto konden wij vlakbij de ingang parkeren op een daarvoor bestemde plaats.Een mooie oude en opvallend schone stad!

Positiv: Gute Kommunikation, bequemes Bett, zweckmäßiges Bad, Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, eigener Parkplatz. Abstriche für die anonyme Wohnanlage, die eine kalte Athmosphäre vermittelt. Die Küche ist allenfalls durchmittlich ausgestattet. Negativ war der Zustand der Terrasse. Die Blumen verdorrt undr die Terrasse selbst voller vertrocknetem Laub. Wegen des Extremsommers ist der Zustand der Pflanzen noch zu erklären, Der Zustand der Terrasse wirkte lieblos und weig einladend. Schade.

Olivier ist sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Eine Bäckerei ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Interessante Stadt, mit Auto kann man vieles in der Nähe erkunden. Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung war perfekt und die große Terrasse war super.

A Besançon et au calme

6 jours à sillonner la franche comté de Besançon jusqu’à morteau et pontalier, de dole a montbéliard. Appartement idéalement placé dans un quartier calme et reposant. La terrasse est carrément un plus très appréciable ! L’hôte est particulièrement agréable et l’appart correspond rigoureusement à l’annonce

Très bel appartement

Appartement au top avec jolie terrasse, celà fait 2 fois que nous louons le logement à 4 dont 2 adolescentes, les matelas sont très confortables et beaucoup de rangements, les lieux sont très propres, tout est nickel, une place nous attend juste en bas de l'immeuble, quartier très calme et agréable. Ayant de la famille à Besançon c est le lieu idéal pour nous. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, à vite recommander 👌👌

nette Wohnung, genau richtig für zwei Personen

wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines gepflegten Apartementhauses. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit verschiedenen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Es könnten ein paar Teller und Dessertschalen zusätzlich angeschafft werden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben dank der ruhigen Lage wunderbar geschlafen. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne große Terasse nicht nutzen,da das Wetter zu kalt war. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Fragen war er immer erreichbar. Wir haben einige schöne Tage in Besancon gehabt.

Appartement, gut geeignet für 3 Personen, netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter und prima Lage. Innenstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten , Geschäfte und Bäcker gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Das wahre Highlight ist die wunderbare Terrasse. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Appartement confortable pour un séjour d'une semaine avec une terrasse accueillante. Accueil très sympathique. Parking prévu devant l'immeuble. Proximité d'une ligne de bus pour le centre ville avec horaires permettant un retour jusqu'à 23 h 30. Adresse à retenir.
