House for nine people in luxury urbanization, excellent views, with two bedrooms with double bed and two other bedrooms with two single beds each, very comfortable lounge, all bedrooms and the living room with air conditioning, two bathrooms and a toilet, own laundry. The house is located in a private urbanization with swimming pool for adults and children, open from June 15 to September 15. At 50 meters from the beach with direct access to walking, great pool. Ideal for diving or snorkeling area.

We had a great time and villa was lovely. As a granny, i did find all the stairs very demanding.

Great position - very pretty area with wonderful views and so close to a lovely beach. Will be going back.

Beautiful home with stunning views!

We had an incredible stay at this home. The owners clearly use this as their own vacation home and therefore it is very well equipped and comfortable. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and the hosts were wonderful. We would be happy to return.

Lovely house in perfect location

We really enjoyed our holiday in this house. The location is perfect being a short walk to the beach and having a big community pool surrounded by a large grassed area, which is cooler to sit on than tiles. The house has A/C which makes sleeping easier in hot weather and a kitchen with everything you could need. Each floor has a large terrace with beautiful views over the bay. We have stayed in many holiday homes and have our own in Marbella but this places tops them all!

Fantastic holiday

We were here for 7 days in February. We enjoyed the nice climate (we even swum in the sea in February!). The house is located in a really nice small village with big terraces with see view on all 3 levels of the house. On the top level sleeping room we every morning wake up watching the sunrise from our bed. Just magical. In 2 minutes you can walk to a nice beach, and in just 5 minutes you can walk to a small grocery store. The contact with the owner and housekeeper was smooth and nice.

Amazing!

This place is so much better than showed in the pictures, it has three floors and every floor has its own large terass with a stunning view oven the beach and the ocean. The house has everything you need, we cooked fantastic meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house is very clean and nicely planned. We went in mid-April and the area was very calm and the pool was closed but we swam in the ocean that is just a minute walk down. Sylvia and Driss was very friendly, everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place!

WONDERFUL CONDO

Amazing views from the 2nd & 3rd floor bedrooms—looks out over the boat harbor side of of La Herradura and a perfect private little beach within walking distance of the condo. We were lucky to have a full moon during our stay and it was so beautiful reflecting off the Mediterranean and the lights from Almuñécar just added to the beauty of the area. We didn’t cook much, but there was plenty of dishes & cooking utensils for those who do. Sylvia was very good about communicating and Driss gave us a good introduction to the condo & area. Plenty of beds & bathrooms for the 5 of us. It was a wonderful stay and we hated to leave. Thank you, Sylvia!

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche zu dritt im Oktober in diesem schön dekorierten, sauberen Haus. Es war sehr ruhig und kaum etwas los in der urbanization. Das meeresrauschen wiegt einen in den Schlaf...Das Haus ist viel schöner ,als es über die Fotos vermittelt wird!! Es gibt 3 terrassen von denen 2 eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die kleine Bucht haben. Zum strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und der weg zurück - berg hoch ist kein Problem. Die bucht ist ideal zum schnorcheln! Ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig, um in Restaurants oder zum einkaufen zu kommen. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen ist zu beachten , daß von donnerstag bis samstag die ganze nacht laute musik aus almuñécar schallt(ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen!)Der Kontakt mit Sylvia war sehr fürsorglich und nett. Vielen Dank

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien.

Das Reihenhaus ist in einer sehr schönen Anlage gelegen. Nur 1 Minuten zum Strand und zur kleinen Promenade machen es perfekt für Familien. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und mit 3 Terrassen schon fast luxuriös. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ebenso hilfreich waren die Hilfe und Unterstützung von Sylvia!

A great holiday at a beautiful house within 5 mins walk from beach

We all had a wonderful time and the facilities at the house are excellent. As a young family we needed to choose a base that was close to the beach and with good facilities/aircon! The house exceeded all expectations and was perfect in pretty much every way. Highly recommended to both smaller and larger families, the time we spent there was the highlight of our holiday! Thank you very much to Sylvia who made everything so easy and don't miss this place if you're looking for a wonderfully relaxing break in beautiful surroundings. Already looking forward to going back soon! ;)

preciosa casa muy cerca del mar y con vistas maravillosas

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en esta casa, está muy bien equipada y es muy espaciosa. Tiene tres terrazas grandes, y con unas vistas que quitan el hipo. Muy cerca de la playa y del precioso puerto de Marina del Este. El único problema es lo complicado de la carretera para llegar hasta ella, pero eso solo supone un problema si tienes que ir todos los días al trabajo desde aquí...

Estupenda casa al lado del mar

Nos encantó la casa por todas las comodidades que te ofrece, mobiliario en perfecto estado, terraza en todas las plantas con unas vistas espectaculares. Todo estaba como en los anuncios, piscina en la urbanización, la casa se encuentra ubicada al lado del puerto en los que hay diferentes sitios para tomarte algo. Recibimos un trato espectacular por parte del propietario y de todos los empleados. Muy recomendable, seguro que repetiremos!!

Hemos pasado unis días inolvidables en esta fantástica casa, en Marina del Este.

La casa es estupenda. No falta un detalle. La propietaria se ha preocupado antes, durante y después por nuestras necesidades. El sonido del mar desde las habitaciones es un lujo que lleva a la relajación total. Las vistas son únicas. Toda la zona es increible. Un paraiso. Se han superado absolutamente todas nuestras expectativas.
