Recent villa in Joyeuse Sud Ardèche in the countryside just minutes from the city center, walking distance. Clear view from the terrace, sufficient parking area for several vehicles. Near the rivers Auzon a few minutes walk and Labeaume 5 min. by car. Large lot located below the house with his chicken coop.
The villa has three bedrooms including a suite for two adults and two children, the other two bedrooms are upstairs and each have a bed of 140. We provide sheets but not linen. A bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets. Big stay opened on the equipped kitchen. South terrace of 48 m² with open views. Above ground pool of 3. 5 x 5 m

Zeer comfortabele vakantiewoning

Zeer nette, uitstekend uitgeruste ruime vakantiewoning met alle comfort. Eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige bemerking is dat de woning na een flinke klimpartij bereikbaar is.

Excellent séjour

Véronique et Edwin nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances en famille. Leur accueil chaleureux, le confort de la maison, sa décoration et les prestations etaient parfaits. La climatisation et la piscine nous ont fait oublier les fortes chaleurs. Je vous recommande vivement leur hébergement.

Super belle maison à Joyeuse

Très belle maison, grande, pratique et très fonctionnelle, il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! Super sécurisée pour les petits enfants ! La piscine est top, largement assez de chaises longues et tout ce qu’il faut pour jouer dans l’eau (matelas, masque etc….) Les propriétaires sont super sympa et accueillants. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances !
