Surrounded by vineyards, surrounded by large property with mature trees, the stone house. The studio (55 sqm) is on the ground floor with a separate entrance above the covered terrace. The living room with vault made of natural stone is designed with terracotta tiles and stylishly furnished with a cozy sitting area. Facilities include a separate area with comfortable sofa bed and a modern fitted kitchen. Our guests can use the generously designed pool area (12 x 5 m) with sun terrace and pool house. *** Swimming pool highlight object

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, in der ersten Woche war die freundliche Besitzerin noch vor Ort, dann hatten wir den tollen Pool ganz für uns allein. Nur wg. der Stechmücken abends sollte man vorbereitet sein, hatten Moskitonetz und Abwehrspray mit dabei.Waren viel mit dem Motorrad unterwegs, dafür ist die Region Ardeche/Cevennen hervorragend geeignet, beeindruckende Landschaft, wenig Verkehr.

Schönes Studio in schönem Gewölbe in sehr guter Lage

Das Studio ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Hängematte und kleinem Bambushain, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Leider war zu unserer Zeit das Wetter nicht so gut, aber auch dann kann man dort gut die Zeit verbringen. Von dort aus kommt man schnell nach Les Vans, Labeaume, Ruoms, Banne und an andere eindrucksvolle Orte. Die Anweisungen von Familie Albrecht sind klar und deutlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge vor Ort geht auch gut, nur sollte man ein paar Worte französisch können ;)

Eine sehr imposante und abwechslungsreiche Landschaft , viel Ruhe . Ein Reiseführer ist von Vorteil!

Magnifique.......

2 ème année que nous passons nos vacances dans ce lieu qui nous correspond complètement.Cette année nous avons fait connaissance avec la propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute des besoins des vacanciers et qui a été des plus rapides pour régler un petit problème de sanitaire.Sejour une fois de plus des plus agréables pour nous,il faudrait être très difficile pour dire le contraire ! Merci également à la personne qui s'occupe de notre arrivée et qui est également toujours disponible.

Nous avons été un peu déçus.

Le prix de la location etait le plus élevé de toutesxles annonces consultées. Nous avons ete un peu déçus. Il etzit précisé "maison 55 m2". En fait nous étions loges sous la maison. La laison est plus grande, lais kes 55 m2 sont le RDC, une sorte de souplex, sans fenêtre. Ce qui nous z le plus déçu, c'est que pour le prix, il nous a fallu apporter nos draps ( certes, on nous a dépannés car la taille de ceux que nous acilns ne correspondait pas au lit), apporter nos serviettes de toilette. Il nous a fallu acheter du papier toilette (il y avait UN rouleau, pas deux 😡). Pas de sopalin. Pas de sèche-cheveux... ces détails laissent un goût amer.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele. Etwas für die, die Entspannung in der schönen Ardecheregion genießen möchten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

superbes vacances 2019 !

que dire sinon que nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette merveilleuse propriété !logement tel qu'il était décrit dans l'annonce et bien agencé ( manque quelques verres pour éviter la vaisselle et aussi le micro-ondes utile mais pas indispensable)le jardin et l"espace piscine sont très bien entretenus et invitent au repos,et avec le calme environnant ce n'est pas dificile…. Donc nous n'avons qu'une hâte,celle de revenir !

Ein schönes Plätzchen in den Weinbergen

Wir hatten eine wundervolle erste Ferienwoche. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gaben viele Tips für Ausflüge. Das Haus und der Garten sind mit gutem Auge und viel Liebe eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Wir hatten unglaublich viel Spaß am zauberhaften Pool und konnten auch ein gutes Buch im Garten genießen. Abends haben wir auf dem Boule-Platz ein paar Kugeln geworfen und auf der Terrasse ein Gläschen Wein genossen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Im Sommer ist La-Cigale angenehm kühl und mit dem eigenen Garten gibt es viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr idyllisch Pool, Garten und Haus sind super gepflegt. Alle schönen Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar durch die zentrale Lage. La-Cigale ist wie ein guter französischer Film....bleibt im Gedächtnis und wird gerne nochmal gesehen. Vielen Dank nochmal für dieses schöne Erlebnis

***Einfach Super***

"La Cigalle"---was sollen wir sagen? Schon auf den Bildern hat uns diese Wohnung gefallen. Aber wenn man tatsächlich in diesem Gewölbe steht und das Ganze auf sich wirken lässt müssen wir feststellen, für uns genau das Richtige, um die Landschaft der Ardèche zu bereisen, abends "heim zu kommen" und sich am Abend und in der Nacht wohl zu fühlen. Am Morgen ein frisches Baguette besorgt, irgendwo zum Essen eingekehrt, dann hat dieser Satz "Leben wie Gott in Frankreich" doch tatsächlich eine reale Bedeutung. Danke an Familie Albrecht, dass wir diese Empfindungen erleben durften, dank "LA CIGALLE"

A perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay at La Cigale. Marion and her husband were present when we were there and they were the perfect hosts, assisting and advising where needed. The apartment was fine, as others have said. Despite it being very hot in the area, it stays cool. Rosieres itself is quite small, with a couple of places to eat. This area of Ardeche has plenty of places to visit, with many restaurants around. All in, it was a nice, quiet relaxing break and we would certainly visit and stay in the apartment again.

schönes Anwesen

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen anschliessen, gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und Betreuung vor Ort. Der Poolbereich und der Garten sind sagenhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings birgt der Keller Vorteile (relativ kühl) und Nachteile (kleine Fenster, kaum Tageslicht und sehr sehr schlecht zu belüften). Weiterhin handelt es sich um einen L-förmigen Raum und deshalb ist die Wohnung sicherlich sehr schön für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Für vier (2 Erwachsene mit größeren Kindern) ist die Wohnung nur begrenzt geeignet.

Herrliche Tage in 'La Cigale'

Nach einer wunderbaren Woche in 'La Cigale' können wir nur bestätigen, was unsere Vormieter hier im Forum bereits festgehalten haben: Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen mit tollem Pool und wunderbarem Garten! Auch der Betreuer vor Ort war äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig. Und noch etwas sehr Wichtiges: Die Korrespondenz mit Frau Albrecht vor Beginn der Reise war zu allen Zeiten sehr, sehr angenehm - die Informationen waren detailliert und umfassend, und wir haben immer sofort Rückmeldung auf unsere (An-)fragen bekommen. Das ist nach unserer Erfahrung nicht selbstverständlich; wir haben diese Betreuung sehr zu schätzen gewusst!

Gite agréable et très belle piscine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite situé à Rosières. Logement très agréable, ainsi que le jardin et l'espace piscine. 2 bémols : la wifi ne passe quasiment pas donc pas d'internet et nous avons regretté que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée (impossible de s'y baigner).

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub zu viert.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Rosières, man sollte ein Auto/ Motorrad zur Verfügung haben. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsame Tage sind garantiert. Der Pool samt Poolhaus lädt zum ausgiebigen Baden ein. Wer Ruhe sucht und Zeit mit der Familie verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Es steht ein Bouleplatz zur Verfügung. Für Aktivitäten in der südlichen Ardeche-Region ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung optimal. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreicht man viele der lohnenswerten Ziele. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung kann man super MTB fahren und natürlich Wandern gehen.
