Cornish Point Holiday Home

Midpoint to Alexandra, Queenstown, and Wanaka. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac opposite old Cromwell town. This 15-year-old, executive, 3-level home is perfectly suited for family vacations and/or a romantic week away. Fresh, clean, secure, and very comfortable. This property is fully furnished and has all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern home. This also includes ALL linen, BBQ grill, jetty, and a hot tub (extra charge of $99/day). Security cameras record the perimeter (front door, rear deck, and driveway) only to ensure peace of mind.

We also offer you the opportunity to rent our two electric bicycles to explore the stunning scenery around Lake Dunstan right from our doorstep, with a range of up to 60km on a single charge and 7-speed gear shifting, for $125+GST per day (helmets provided). Feel the thrill of effortlessly riding on an eco-friendly electric bike as you pedal along the river’s edge and take in views of the lake's rugged mountains and glistening blue waters as part of all the natural wonders our region offers!

Peace, beauty and room for all.

This house is set in such a beautiful and peaceful location. The house was equipped with everything needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor area with large table and plenty of seating was well used in the evening. Communication with John about booking was always easy and John always replied promptly. 7 adults in our group. Everyone enjoyed the house and we were never in each other's ways. More than enough room. We all enjoyed our stay and would happily come again.
