This 40 square meters apartment on the 1st floor with an elevator is the perfect choice for your next vacation with friends or family, accommodating a maximum of 4 people.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), equipped open kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

For your comfort: electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, TV.

No air conditioning.
