Make your home at the Gulf Breeze House! Gorgeous beachfront home with full ocean and beach views. This home features 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom overlooks South Padre Island's golden sandy beaches. The Gulf Breeze House has a private pool and hot tub and offers private beach access from the backyard!!

Excellent retreat for a couple or for a family looking to enjoy all aspects of beach living. Whether you wish to entertain friends or take long walks on the beach, this is Island living at its finest!

Activities available: kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, beach walks, horseback riding, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, and much more!

Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at 5208 Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

After being bumped from the townhouse we originally rented, the host, SPI Rentals, did a good job of scrambling to find us something nice but a little step down. Host was very responsive to each & every need.

Beautiful home! Clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and great access to the beach. Everything was way better than the website photos. When we needed more propane for the grill, SPI Rentals came out and replaced it right away. It was easy with check-in/out and they responded instantly with answers to our questions. Our family had the best vacation here and will be returning!

South Padre Vacation

Very nice property with a great location. Centrally located on SPI and right on the beach. No big issues. Master shower water pressure was very low. I would rent this property again.

This was a great place to stay with kids.

We had a nice stay here with our family. It is in a great location and right in the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious.

The house is very comfortable, and our stay was pleasant. The only minor issues are: 1. The blender isn't working properly. 2. The kitchen light bulbs have a faulty contact. 3. The air conditioning control on the second floor is in a bedroom, so the temperature in the apartment isn't properly controlled.

The property was large and was in a great location. We walked to lots of restaurants from the property -- both on the beach and on the street. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the beachfront location and access were wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing PRIVATE beach access

Great place right on the beach

The location is great. House is very clean and property managers are responsive. Bring your own broom and Tupperware. All else was fairly well stocked. Loved the pool and the endless ocean views. Highly recommend.

Lovely Property & Stay

We had an amazing time. Love that we could walk down to Wanna Wanna for a drink and bite to eat. My fav part of this property is how easy and quick it is to walk out to the beach. Well kept property. Only suggestion is to upgrade the pillows on the bed. Too small and not enough.
