Loved staying here!

My family and I loved staying at this property! Easy access to the beach, beach bar, and so spacious. We will be booking at this property in the future. Side note: my mom loved how stocked the kitchen was, great plus.

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental

This was a great place to stay with kids.

We had a nice stay here with our family. It is in a great location and right in the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious.

Great location and property!

The property was large and was in a great location. We walked to lots of restaurants from the property -- both on the beach and on the street. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the beachfront location and access were wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

Our stay was great. I would recommend and return to this house. It met our expectations and then some. Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view of the gulf. Nice pool area to relax at night after a day at the beach. Very comfortable living space. Kitchen that had everything to get us by for cooking dinner. Grill worked perfectly. And the bedroom was very comfortable. Maybe the only thing needed was an umbrella or some cover over the pool but that isn't a complaint. We will return!

Great Beach House!!

My family and I stayed at the Gulf Breeze House in June and enjoyed our stay very much! The house is nicely updated and the location was great. Our children spent all day by the pool area and the private beach walkover in the backyard is perfect for getting to the beach easily. The views of the ocean from the house were beautiful. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very spacious. The rental company was very good to work with as well and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a beach vacation. Thank you!

Exceptional Service!

SPI offered exceptional service during our recent stay. When we discovered the "heated" pool had no heat, maintenance was called and arrived within the half hour! Problem solved. When we could not get overhead fans to change from one speed to another, maintenance was called. Again, the maintenance guy arrived and the problem was resolved. Despite the rental was somewhat dated, I certainly appreciated SPI's service!

Vacation on South Padre Beach

The house was in a good location but it was a little rundown. The inside of the house was barely cleaned and we had to mop the floors on arrival. The bathroom downstairs wasn't clean with urinal around the toilet. One of the replacement refrigerators was leaking water from the freezer to refrigerator, we had a pot catching the water. Overall it's an okay house needs a little more care and attention. The cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough in their cleaning process between each guest arriving. The location was amazing and the price I spent was for the location only not for the condition of the house.

Outside needs work

I know that I was paying for location and the location was fabulous. However the outside patio area was awful. The grill needs replaced the pool needs work. The outside patio table was disgusting looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The whole outside area needs a very good cleaning. The inside was nice but needed a few cosmetic fixes. For the price I paid for just a few days I expected it to be a little better.

Beautiful home, but lacking the little things that make it worth the money

While the home was beautiful and nicely kept, it was missing a lot of the amenities that make it a comfortable stay. We had one shower towel in the whole place and had to use our beach towels for showers. There were plenty of hand towels and wash cloths, but not fun to dry your body and hair with! Additionally, there were no extra blankets in the whole place, so snuggling up on the couch required us pulling the thin blankets off the beds. For a house that sleeps 12, we could have used a little extra dishwasher pellets, or at least some dish soap. The upstairs patios could have used a table to set drinks on, and the downstairs pull area would benefit from a couple more lounge chairs. It just felts like there was a lot of skimping on the little stuff.
