Crystal River Waterfront Home
Beautiful tastefully decorated townhome on the water in Crystal River. This is a nature lover's paradise, great bird and wildlife watching, located next to a large state preserve. Located in the Islands Condominiums, this home features a dock for fishing or dolphin and manatee watching. The unit is a short kayak ride to Dixie Bay, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. With two bedrooms, one has a nice master suite, the other has a pull out couch bed that sleeps two. Also a plug in air mattress for extra guests. As pretty as the inside is, the grounds in the Islands are immaculate with beautiful mature trees and landscaping. This unit is available in monthly increments only, January through April is a perfect time to get away from the cold and snow and enjoy the mild Florida winters!
