A superb house, beautifully appointed with tonnes of charm as well as absolutely all possible mod cons. Couldn't recommend it more. Fantastic concierge support before and during our stay too. We'll look forward to booking again if we possibly can.

Beautiful property

This house has been recently renovated to a high spec using lots of natural materials, and is well equipped and comfortable. The garden has been cleverly landscaped, and it was a delight to sit by the pool. It is situated near both the Atlantic and bassin beaches, which are easily accessible by bike via cycle lanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Cap de Ferret review

Amazing Villa, perfect for us (8 adults), but it would be equally good for children. Great cycling if you like long flat roads and km of cycle paths in forests. Fantastic beaches and lots of very good boulangerie and local markets. A real gem of a place. Remi, the local agent, was very attentive, villa beautifully presented. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Tout était parfait, la maison était vraiment très belle, conviviale et très bien située. Nous la recommandons vivement et n’hésiterons pas à la louer de nouveau si nous revenons au Cap Ferret!

Excellent séjour sur la presqu'ile de Cap Ferret!!

Très belle maison, bien pensée et optimisée. Agréable à vivre et ouverte sur l'extérieur, avec un sentiment de dedans/dehors permanent, c'était parfait. La décoration était très bien vue avec du mobilier local, très appréciable. La maison est très bien située, à mi-chemin de la presqu'ile, ce qui permet d'avoir une bonne base pour les ballades à vélos et la découverte de tous les villes le long du bassin. Le centre ville de Petit Piquey est parfait car il offre tous ce que nous avons besoin à 300/400m de la maison. Une très belle découverte qui donne envie de revenir et de passer plus de temps pour s'y reposer et découvrir en détails toute la presqu'ile.

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich hervorragend. Jeder Raum ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und ließ uns zu Hause fühlen. Das Design ist modern und geschmackvoll. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist einfach perfekt. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung und die Nähe zum Bassin ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Der Salzwasserpool verdient definitiv eine besondere Erwähnung. Das Wasser fühlt sich so angenehm auf der Haut an. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gibt alle notwendigen Utensilien und Geräte, so dass wir viel Spaß beim Kochen hatten. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Wir haben wie auf Wolken geschlafen! Ein weiteres Lob geht an das Concierge-Team, welches sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell ist. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt. Nochmals vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit!

Maison idéale pour des vacances parfaites

Belle, agréable et très confortable, la maison de Laurence et Frédéric a été parfaite pour nos vacances entre amis. Les quatre chambres avec leur salle d’eau permettent à chacun d’avoir son espace privatif et de partager ensuite les espaces communs très bien dimensionnés. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps !

Très belle location

La villa est très bien située dans un quartier au calme et proche de toute commodité. Elle est également joliment décorée et extrêmement bien équipée. Il n’y absolument rien qui manque. Petit bémol sur le ménage la première semaine. A ce prix la, il est important que poussière et toile d’araignée soient nettoyées.

Tolle Villa und gute Lage

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat eine super Ausstattung und es fehlt an nichts. Der neue Kühlschrank produziert Eiswürfel, was bei der Hitze super angenehm war. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat bequeme Betten. Das Haus ist von außen nicht einsehbar und hat ein automatisches Tor. Es gibt 3 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Es ist relativ neu und gut gepflegt. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war immer spitze und schnell. Also absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder :-).

Perfect holiday stay

A fantastic property , bigger than it appears in the pictures. Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A wonderful base to relax and convenient to explore Cap Ferret and further afield. Many thanks to Remi and his assistant for their speedy resposnse to replace a malfunctioning fridge , first class service.

Une fabuleuse maison

Cette maison idéalement située - a distance a pied des commerces, mais en dehors de la foule de la route côtière - est un vrai havre de calme. Elle est lumineuse, habilement aménagée pour le soleil la baigne durant toute la journée. La décoration bois et métal est absolument magnifique. L'équipement est on ne peut plus complet et la maison est vraiment tout comfort. Elle était nickel quand nous sommes arrivés avec un équipe charmante pour nous acceuillir et tout nous expliquer. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et remercions le propriétaire de partager son petit bijou.

Wonderful stay

We spent two weeks at this beautiful house and absolutely loved it. The house is newly renovated, sparklingly clean and everything is very good quality. The beds were large and comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped for lots of cooking. The town is very pleasant and near to excellent beaches. Cannot recommend highly enough - we hope to return!
