What a gem! The house is super cute, clean, and well-equipped. Great place for dogs. Mine had never seen a horse before and were quite entranced. They also loved gathering all the scents in the pasture. We will definitely look for this property again!!

We were there a very short time but wished we could have stayed longer. Our house was beautiful, everything worked and everything was so well organized and convenient. We loved seeing the horses, dogs & goat.

We booked this property because it has the most reasonable price in the area that has a yard for our 2 pugs and around 10 minutes away to downtown area. Our stay was incredible! We, including the pugs, enjoyed interacting with the horses. The owners/hosts were very friendly and came to chat with us when we arrived and while we were leaving. The checkin was a breeze! Overall a great experience for us first timers in town and we already planned our next stay.

Roomy accessorty home in a rural setting- comfortably rustic, with a well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and bedroom with a very comfy mattress. The property is unique, a farm on the outskirts of Grand Junction, very close to I-70, retail, restaurants, etc. The hosts are very nice and gave us great recommendations. And it is one of the most dog-friendly places we have ever stayed! Breck had a great time observing the horses (from a 'safe' distance :) and exploring the large fields. The wifi was good and flat panel TVs easy to figure out. Our pup says she is staying there again!
