We booked this property because it has the most reasonable price in the area that has a yard for our 2 pugs and around 10 minutes away to downtown area. Our stay was incredible! We, including the pugs, enjoyed interacting with the horses. The owners/hosts were very friendly and came to chat with us when we arrived and while we were leaving. The checkin was a breeze! Overall a great experience for us first timers in town and we already planned our next stay.

Roomy accessorty home in a rural setting- comfortably rustic, with a well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and bedroom with a very comfy mattress. The property is unique, a farm on the outskirts of Grand Junction, very close to I-70, retail, restaurants, etc. The hosts are very nice and gave us great recommendations. And it is one of the most dog-friendly places we have ever stayed! Breck had a great time observing the horses (from a 'safe' distance :) and exploring the large fields. The wifi was good and flat panel TVs easy to figure out. Our pup says she is staying there again!

The place was great for our dogs. We had never vacationed with them and we could on this property. A beautiful spot, comfortable and simply a nice place to hang out and relax! I greeted the horses every morning and enjoyed feeding the goats! A wonderful time!

Great place to stay! Clean, roomy and quiet. Plenty of room for your pup to run and play outdoors. Loved that they had the horses and goats and welcomed you to interact with them. Relaxing jetted bathtub. They just installed a new shower head that ranges from high to low pressure, very luxurious! Super friendly and helpful hosts. 10/10. Would stay again.
