This custom designed home is a 2.5 bath, 2 bedrooms plus loft home providing classic Sea Ranch comfort. Meaning the window seat in the loft invites you into a cozy corner to enjoy the ocean view or your favorite novel. The ambiance of the gas fireplace in the living room has you sitting with a glass of wine reminiscing about your days adventure. The house provides a light airy kitchen, and a reader's library of books and games. There is also a hot tub in the fully enclosed backyard to end a perfect day. One dog is welcome. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
