5 minutes from the commercial port of Bastia, 50 meters from the sea, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from Bastia and Erbalunga by car, this residence is located on Pietranera, strategic point to visit Cape Town Corsica or join Bastia, to cross all the major axes of Corsica!

wonderful apartment, unfortunately no outdoor stay because of loud street

You couldn't ask for better hosts! Support for absolutely every question. The apartment is very beautiful and stylish. The only downside is the noisy street. Unfortunately you cannot sit on the beautifully designed balcony. The geographical location is perfect and ideal for trips to the north. Those who are not bothered by traffic noise will find perfect accommodation.

Superbe et spacieuse appartement

Nous avons passé des très beaux moments durant notre séjour. L’appartement est spacieuse et très bien située. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante, elle nous as aidé tout le long du séjour avec des idées d’endroit à visiter.

Merveilleux séjour !

Juste parfait ! Magnifique appartement, très propre à la décoration très soigné, de bon goût et tout confort ! Que du bonheur ! Vue magnifique dégagée sur la mer. Petits commerces de proximité accessibles à 10 mn à pied. Proche de Bastia et ses commodités, accès direct au Cap Corse. Laurence, (propriétaire) adorable, très accueillante, à l’écoute, bienveillante et disponible. Qui nous a gâté à l’arrivée mais également à notre départ ! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour ainsi que de notre très belle rencontre Laurence ! Nous recommandons grandement cette location merveilleuse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Wundervoller Meerblick in super ausgestatteter Wohlfühlwohnung

Wir haben uns noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung auf Anhieb so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Alles war sehr sauber, man konnte jedes Geschirr aus dem Schrank nehmen und benutzen, ohne es vorher noch einmal spülen zu müssen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts und eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Zucker etc. stand zur freien Verfügung. Laurence hat uns mit einem Begrüßungs- und Abschiedsgeschenk ganz lieb empfangen und verabschiedet und wäre bei Problemen (die es aber nicht gab) jederzeit zur Stelle gewesen. Der Blick auf das Meer aus allen Fenstern begeisterte uns zu jeder Zeit. Jeder Raum ist wunderschön eingerichtet, genau so wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Conforme et confortable

Parfait endroit pour sillonner dans Le Cap corse, appartement tout confort, Laurence très reactive pour répondre à tout moment si besoin. Un grand merci pour les petites attentions, le café, etc etc... Je recommande vivement cet appartement et l hote charmante pour un séjour agreable.

Nous avons tout apprécié : - l’emplacement proche de Bastia, à 5 min des Ferries et permettant de partir facilement sur le Cap - la place de parking privative - la vue magnifique - les équipements complets - la décoration soignée - la terrasse agréable - et surtout Laurence, la propriétaire, adorable et attentionnée Un appartement comme on en trouve rarement.

Tout de suite impression d’etre Chez soi. Espaces importants, la décoration est de très bon goût, l’equipe Moderne est top. Accueillis par Mme simoni, meme s’il était 23h45, avec bonne humeur et convivialité ( notre hôte nous offre quelques produits corse, cadeau de bienvenu... top classe et merci encore..

Parfait pour découvrir la Corse

Près de tout, mer avec ses plages et ses criques, montagnes, commerces, Bastia avec son port et sa citadelle, le logement est parfait et d'un très bon standing. Je recommande sans hésiter.
