Family Home in Forest, 10min from the Sea

Put your stuff and relax in the forest 10 minutes from the sea! The Villa "La Chenaie" is located in the forest of Le Touquet on a garden of 1000m2 with a swing for children and a terrace for meals in the sun. Residential area very quiet 10min by bike from the beach and the center of Le Touquet. I will be happy to advise you on the many activities close to home (tennis, golf, horse riding, bike ..), do not hesitate to ask me!

Amateur new style Ikea go your way!
The villa built in the 50s was partially renovated in April 2018.
We kept some of the period style (pretty wallpaper and fabrics) and much of the antique furniture which gives a real stamp to the house.

Access: all housing and garden all around, access and lane to park cars (2/3 vehicles) in front of the house.
Some cupboards and drawers containing personal effects, will remain closed.
Each room nevertheless has a minimum of storage (cupboard, cupboard, drawer etc.).

I remain reachable at any time on my mobile to help you. Also two people take care of the house and can intervene in case of emergency.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. Some very pretty architect house nearby.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Family Stay in Le Touquet

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Very nice house in a beautiful location: in the forest and close to the village - not far from the sea. The house and garden were great for a family stay. However the house was not very clean and the would really need some renovation (e.g. one of the shower and sink were not working very well, a window was broken in one of the room, wall paper in the room was super old and thus looked a bit dirty). Despite this we really enjoyed our stay in the house. But the experience could be improved thanks to this.

Séjour entre amies

Le logement est bien situé et le quartier est très agréable. Toutefois, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer (poubelle des toilettes pas vidées, toiles d’araignées,…). La maison nécessiterait également quelques réparations et rafraîchissements : la fenêtre d’une des chambre était fissurée et rafistolée au moyen de scotch… Heureusement, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Maison pleine de charme proche du centre et au calme

La maison est très ancienne et a gardé une partie de sa décoration C est surprenant au début mais cela lui donne du charme et une originalité. La modernisation des salles de bain sauf la verte pourrait être un plus Les oreillers doivent être changés car vraiment trop mous et mauvaise qualité A conseiller

Grande maison située dans un endroit calme proche du centre

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce c'est une grande maison des années 50 rénovée et donc un mélange d'ancien (mobilier, volets à ruban, baignoire, ...) et de moderne (équipement de la cuisine, wifi / fibre, ...). Si vous aimez (comme nous), cela a beaucoup de charme. La maison est située dans un quartier calme et le vélo est fortement conseillé en haute saison (évitez de prendre votre voiture pour la plage ou le centre-ville). Au chapitre des regrets ou des suggestions d'amélioration : une machine à laver le linge est mentionnée dans le livret d'accueil (mais pas dans l'annonce) mais elle est dans le garage dont l'accès est formellement interdit (sous peine de saisie de la caution ... si, si !!). En été cela manque. De même l'accès au tableau électrique, situé dans le même garage, est impossible. Un fusible a sauté au milieu de notre séjour, heureusement qu'il ne s'agissait que de prises dans une chambre et que nous avons pu nous en passer. Enfin, merci à Rachel pour son accueil et pour nos échanges.

Mooie villa in de bossen van Le TOUQUET

De woning beschikt over 7 kamers en 3 badkamers, 2 toiletten. De bedden zijn niet van de grootsten, daarmee moest een groter koppel apart slapen. Ik vind ook dat de matrassen harder mogen zijn, sommigen zakten wat door. Het huis heeft echter zijn charme en was heel ruim. We hebben gezellig kunnen keuvelen met 9 personen.

Week-end le Touquet

Maison idéalement placée au milieu de la forêt au calme et proche du centre. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. A refaire. Merci à Rachel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Idéale Villa Touquettoise

Villa au calme dans la station balnéaire animée du Touquet. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Automne dans la villa de Louis. La communication et l'accueil pour ce séjour furent excellents. La villa est parfaitement équipée pour un groupe, l'emplacement est parfait ; la description de l'annonce est conforme. Nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons.

Environnement calme et propriété confortable

Une belle architecture pour cette maison familiale, avec un balcon qui distribue plusieurs chambres. Restée dans le style de l’ancien Touquet, c’est fort agréable de se projeter dans le temps avec une maison conçue dès l’origine pour accueillir une famille et des gens de services (double distribution). Centre accessible à pied, beau jardin et literie confortable. A recommander.

A good house in an ideal location

The house did not quite live up to the property listing. Some toilets were under refurbishment, however when Louis finishes the improvements this is an ideal base for a family. There is more than ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for a very large family to have a very enjoyable stay. Having contacted the agents to report a broken toilet seat on arrival, their response was to forward my email to the owner, I would have expected a response to assure this would be rectified ASAP. I would consider this property to be, at the moment, overpriced as there is refurbishment continuing.
